Thanks everyone for the warm welcome back! I did the bw today so I hope it doesn't take them forever to get back with me again about it.
 
Getting back into it....

I did a good job yesterday! The only thing I am bummed about is that I had wanted to get some exercise in like a long walk or something, but wasn't able to.
 
welcome back...celebrate what you did do... you'll get that walk in today... don't be bummed :D you're much too pretty and sweet for that :D

I was a good girl yesterday. No walk because I had to be out all night, but at least the diet area was good.

I tried that Weight Control Quaker Oatmeal this morning...it was really good. And one packet was quite filling, to my suprise! I was looking at the packet thinking, "there is no way this is a normal person's serving". But when I made it up, it was just right and quite filling. I got the maple one. I had watched the Biggest Looser start last week and one of the trainers was singing it's praises so I thought I would give it a try.
 
OK...so the eating dept didn't go so well today. I started out great but in the afternoon was very busy and ate foods I shouldn't.

For lunch I had a lite sandwich with some NAUGHTY mac n cheese on the side.
Then for dinner, I was in a hurry and had a homemade Philly Cheese steak sandwich (VERY naughty)! Those things aren't lite.

I spent the WHOLE afternoon outside working on my lawn & landscaping. I mowed the whole backyard with a push lawn mower. In fact, I had to mow it twice because the grass had gotten longer than it should and it wasn't all going into the bag so I had to go back over the whole thing a second time to get up all the extra stuff.

Oh...I felt so bad! I killed a huge frog with the lawn mower. We have them all over our lawn and they usually jump out of the way before the lawn mower gets to them. I didn't realize I had hit one until I was going back over the lawn and it was quite obvious the mower got him. I felt so bad. I like frogs. They are the huge green ones that jump REALLY far. Poor thing! I did make sure it wasn't suffering when I found it though.
 
poor froggy - if it makes you feel better, maybe it was the brother of the frog in this joke...

Once upon a time, a smart, independent, self-assured princess came across a frog in a pond. The frog said to the princess: "I was once a handsome prince until an evil witch put a spell on me. One kiss from you and I will turn back into a handsome prince and then we can marry, move into the castle with my mom, and you can prepare my meals, clean my clothes, bear my children and forever feel happy doing so."

That night while the princess dined on frog's legs, she laughed to herself and thought,

"I don't freakin' think so."

I have killed frogs.....

Being from Indiana...thats what 9 year old boys do I suppose. I had the BB gun. My parents should have known better....

I didnt feel bad about frogs..but after I killed a sparrow...that was sad for me. The BB gun was forever shelved.

Mmmm. Dashboard confessional.... Yeah...ADD...its a constant battle...yeah battleship! I should play battleship on the table! Table! I love table tennis. Tennis! Theres something I can play to change up the workouts! Change...where did i............
