Hey Bep, Got a couple of questions for you. My diet almost mirrors your own. With a couple of exceptions, I ussually have a wrap for lunch. Maybe ham, Maybe turkey, Sometimes tuna. (and cheese! can't forget the cheese, YUM!) anyway, I was wondering what this 12 grain bread is? Is that the really thin sliced stuff? and is it any good? I'm wearing out on these wraps loking for something a little different.

The second differance is the Breakfast. I'm on an oatmeal kick lattly. Good stuff with lots of fiber that help me stay regular, if you know what I mean. ( I had heard those cearal bars have oddles of satuarated fat.) What else do you have for breakfast, just to spice things up?

The 12 grain bread is a heavy wheat bread with 12 grains in it. No...not that pathetic thin sliced stuff...this stuff looks pretty heavy, but it only has 80 cals per slice, 1.5 fat grams, 0 trans or sat fat. It is the L'oven Fresh brand. I LOVE it! If I eat wimpy bread, I will be hungry right after I eat it...this stuff does a great job of filling me up.

My Fruit&Grain cereal bars are low fat also. They are 120 cals, 2.5 fat grams, 1 gram sat fat, 0 grams trans fat. I buy the Millville or Walmart brand.

As far as spicing up breakfast? LOL!!! I just pretty much eat different flavors of Fruit&Grain cereal bars! LOL! They are quick and easy since I am busy in the mornings. Ya know...I know I have eaten other things for breakfast, but it has been so long that for the life of me I can't remember what they were...unless it was one of my granola bars. LOL! I really gotta come up with some other things. But I really do like my Fruit&Grain bars.

As far as wraps go, have you tried the spinach, tomato basil, or wheat wraps? They are great!
