Thanks!!! It has definitely become habbit to me. I also like the particular 'diet' I am on because I can have a couple bites of cake now and then, and still lose! It just makes me know I can always live this way. I am a serious chocoholic and MUST be able to have some!!!!!!

What kind of "diet" are you doing? It's good that you found something that works so well for you and if they let you have cake that's just a bonus!!!

Just good old-fashioned calorie counting and using most of those calories on whole foods...less processed. I try to keep my meals and snacks between 100 - 300 for the most part. I try not to go under 1200 cals in a day or over 1400.

I try to get exercise when I can also.

Oh....and I used to drink diet pepsi around the clock and rarely ever water. Now I drink water around the clock and only allow 1 - 2 cans of diet pepsi in a day.

Thanks for your diet advice. Calorie counting does seem to be the winner around here so it must work the best! I am trying to quit my diet soda addiction as a result I've had a headache for the past two days... oh well, it will be worth it in the end! Have a great day!

It looks like you're doing really great, bep! I'm not a fan of calorie counting myself as it takes what little fun in losing weight there is away. I just try to eat healthy and do as much exercising as I find time for. But it seems to be working for you so stick with it! :D Keep it up.

I am doing the calorie counting thing too, and no, it isn't fun, but darn if it doesn't work. Throw in some exercise and Voila! as close to instant weight loss as you can find this side of a pharmocologist's lab or a plastic surgeon's table.

I am finding that counting calories is making me much more creative in the kitchen.
