I know you've heard this a million times (I read this whole thread too)...but WOW you are such an inspiration...I hope to have results like yours. Do you still eat the same as you did in your 8 month transformation?

Thank you!! :)...i dont eat as strict as i was when i was losing weight..i still watch wat i eat but i eat snacks and wat i want now...i just make sure i workout regularly and it all works out for me!

Thank you!! Thats so funny you would say that bc during the wedding my aunt was telling me i had such a nice back and im like.."ive never been told that before" haha!! but thank you! :)

I saw your pics when you started the diet and the after ones!Girl you look AMAZING !!!not only you lot all the weight you managed to make a GREAT body also!!!I was wondering how come you are so tight?is it from gym?cause im really scared that after im done my skin will be soft and loose.

Wow! Congrats on your weight loss, you look mega stunning! I am nearly the same weight as you used to be, and the same sort of shape you used to be before your amazing transformation! Wow, this is amazing for one year! I go to the gym nearly everyday, and I joined less than 2 months ago! I hope in 1 or 2 years I can be slim and in amazing shape like you are! Very motivating pictures, these are :D Good work!

you are such an inspiration to me. i am 5'6 i started out at 178 and i am now 155. i am striving for 125 and i cant wait. seeing someone like you that stuck with it and transformed is unbelievable! you look great! again, congrats!!!
 
Hi , I just joined on this site and your thread is one of the first I read, you look amazing. You originally body shape and weight is very similar to what mine is now, you really are an inspiration to everyone. Very well done,

My main problem is my stomach, I have been working out for about two months now , I can already see a small difference in my arms and thighs but my belly fat is hard to shift, what sort of exercise did you do to shift your belly fat.?

am a noobie here...recently I ve lost 60lbs but hafta lose 60 more to reach my goal...ur picz r inspirational indeed!

ryt now I weigh 180lbs, and got fat on abdomen n hips...I feel its easy to lose initially but after a while u get stuck...and da wt wud just not go...did dat happen to u too?
