BEFORE, INBETWEEN, AND AFTER 170lbs to 122lbs

Catnip - I didnt do anything different to lose my stomache weight..thats just what went last on me since that is where most my weight was...i just had to keep working out and eating right and it went down eventually.

OneLifeToLive - I stayed in the high 120's for awhile...towards the end i was only losing 1lb a week and sometimes nothing for a whole week. It gets harder towards the end to lose weight bc you have less fat to lose but you can do it and it will come off...just give it time and dont stop what your doing. :)
 
Jasper - My skin isnt really TIGHT...like i can jiggle it haha but im happy with what i have from losing weight and thankful. When i think of a tight body i think of jillian from Biggest Loser...she could jump around and NOTHING would jiggle on her haha!
 
I just joined the forum and your fan club!!! As I am sure you have heard, your before pics are me now. I am 5'9 and weighed 201 at my heaviest. I started going to the gym and watching my eating habits 2 months ago and am now down to 187. I started running as part of my cardio. I have never been a runner. Even in high school when I was young and thin, I could never run a mile. For the last month I have been stuck at 1/2 mile increments. It was like my body shut down at the 1/2 mile mark and I would have to walk a while and then run again. Well, I read your blog (is that what it's called?) and this week I have ran 1 mile non stop everyday!!!!! I just kept thinking of your before and after and told myself that if she can do it, I can do it!!!! I think I just needed the reassurance that not everyone that looks like your after photo was born that way. It takes work but it is possible. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR STORY. I will start to post my photos when I get a good "during" photo. I can only hope that my photos will be good enough to inspire as many people as yours did!!!

I am 169 now and my goal weight is 135 to 140 (but it would be nice to lose more).

KEEP IT UP!! :)...Once you keep running that mile you can work your way up more and more. I was the same way..i couldnt run a mile at all..i actually HATED running...my friend came and worked out with me one day and shes like lets run a mile before doing elliptical..and im thinking "o crap" haha! i did it but it was pretty difficult but since i knew i could do it i just started out running 1 mile everyday plus elliptical and then i ended up working my way up to running 3 miles everyday plus elliptical. Just keep it up, your doing AWESOME!! and congrates on the weight youve lost already! :)

OMG you look AMAZING!

I love to see progress of those close to my weight/goal weight. Seriously after seeing this it makes me want to PUSH PUSH PUSH. I will not post current pics until I have progress pics so that's something that can help motivate me as well.

My boyfriend also mentioned he wanted to join a gym.
I put a hold on my account so this would be a great way to start going again, with him! He always tries to help me but I think changing the comfortable home surroundings with a gym based environment with him would definitely help.

I self sabotage and I haven't figured out what it is that makes me do it.
I'll be good for 2 weeks then it goes bad. The same cycle over and over again. It's time to push through. I certainly want to see results especially if I can get down to somewhere around your size.

I too hate wearing shorts. I wear jeans even with temperatures well above 100. It sucks. I just want to feel better about my self overall.

Again, good job girl! Hope you keep it up! You look great!! :hurray:
 
thanks you guys :) me and my husband are wanting kids now so i cant wait to start a family and then kick myself back into shape!! haha
