UGH im mad that I HAVE NEVER SEEN THEM!! Its like they blocked me from seeing them or something..or im just blind and dont pay attention...grrrr!! A girl i know from here that i have on myspace said she saw me for an Acai Berry weightloss thing too so i have no clue how many of these "weightloss product" companies have stolen my pictures...how dare they sell false advertising stealing someones pictures who never even heard of the crap!!..If there is a way for me to sue them...i WILL!!!!!
 
Wow, you look awesome, way to go. I am just starting but I hope I will get there someday. I think its sickening that they used ur image in their fraudulent adds. Good luck with the lawsuit.
 
Sorry about the stolen pics ... with regards to you watermarking your pics with your name for all its worth thats very very very very easy to edit out.. just letting you know ...

THanks for letting me know..i guess im just going to have to take my pictures off this site..bc this is bullshit that i cant share my story without them being stolen and posted all over the internet!..thanks tho
 
I too saw the ad on Myspace. I used to visit this site pretty often. Haven't in a long time but I remembered you and wanted to make sure you knew.

It's flattering and frustrating at the same time. Frustrating that they STOLE your pictures but flattering that they would want them. They just should have asked.
 
Hey KT! It's really too bad that people steal stuff like that for their own profit. I'm glad I got to see them before they were taken down though. You're a real inspiration.

Maybe I should flip-off the camera in my after pics so they don't use them. :D

Its more frustrating for me bc i DID NOT use their product to lose my weight...thank you tho for taking that shot of your screen!!

Ya its really sad to think that all your trying to do is share your story and motivate others..and your pictures are stolen and used for false ads!...WE NEED TO STOP THEM!! If there is a way.... :(

I wonder if WLF could put up a disclaimer that all pictures are property of the owners and not to be used aside from this forum or something. That way we'd have some legal backing. I dunno... just a thought.

I am glad to see that you know about those weightloss ads! I just saw one pop up on myspace and it was like "Lose 37 pounds in 2 weeks" and I recognized your photos right away! You worked hard for that crap!
 
Ok, so this ad thing has gotten me so upset that I sent a complaint about it to myspace. They really don't need ads on their site that are so dishonest they'd steal photos. There are so many that are inspired to work hard like you and here this pricks are trying to market a scam off of that! GRRRRRR! I used to have you on my myspace, but you're not there anymore, so I hope you don't mind me adding you again. Thanks!

I told my fiance about all this shit and he sent a letter about it to his brother(hes a lawyer) to see what i should do about it..if i can do anything :(....so hopefully he'll have some advice or help me out with it.
