Thank you so much!! Just go even if you dont like it...once you get into the routine of going you will learn to love it...i hated working out and i do mean HATED!! But once i started going everyday...it grew on me and i felt like crap if i even missed a day! Good luck hun!!Wow! you look awesome! I/m 166 and I almost lost hopes to be 120 again. But now i want to start again! I posted your before and after pics on my desktop as a motivation and a reminder....The only problem...how to start liking the gym??????
It was hard but i made it through..i had a little bit of the "bad" food but just enough to satisfy me, i didnt go crazy...then just go back to eating how you were.My biggest question is how the heck did you manage during the holidays? I'm so not looking forward to it!

I cut out all junk food and pop. Drank a lot of water. I ate a lot of sandwiches for meals and fruit and veggies for a snack. Sometimes i would substitute a protein shake also for a meal(usually for supper). I never counted my calories either..just watched what i ate and didn't over eat. I worked out mostly 7 days a week. I ate 3 meals a day with usually one snack.i was just wondering, what was your diet like.. like how many times did you work out a week and how long & what did you eat and how many times did you eat a day
Thank you so much! I had stretch marks around my belly button but now i cant even see them anymore..which im really happy about! Ya it depends with everyone i guess bc i heard that if your stretch marks have the red pigment, you still do something to make them fade..but if your stretch marks are white they are most likely going to stay there bc they are scarred. Someone told me that but im not sure if its true or not. Bc i know you cant get RID of them but you can reduce the appearance of them.You look so amazing!! i hope my stretch marks fade away too. They aren't too visible now.

I was stuck in the 170's for years, and two years ago I had gotten up to 202, my highest weight. Found out when I was hospitalized with a massive ear infection on 12/2/06. I cried so hard. Being sick jump started some weight loss, then a relationship breakup in April 07 fueled it even more and I got down to about 164 last summer. I've put it all back on and tonight found out that I'm up to 196 right now.
I was always thin growing up but always weighed more than everyone else because I worked out 5 nights a week in high school. I'm 5'4 and at 136 was between a size 3&5 (I had massive muscular thighs that had to weigh 20 lbs each because the leg press has always been my favorite weight machine!) At age 19 I got pregnant with my daughter, gained 36 lbs and haven't seen under 164 lbs since!
I have a gym here in my apartment complex, and it's actually like right outside my door. I'm going to start hitting it up tomorrow (too late tonight!)

Its now the 1st Oct, and I have set my goal to lose 42lbs.
I used to be a UK size 6, with is a us 4, I think? Now, I am a size 14. yuck. Your pics are an inspiration to me.
I am tired of having to hold my stomach in! lol.
I joined the gym yesterday, and I will be going everyday, running and cross trainer..
Sigh.
I have given myself 6 months as I can go a bit hardcore with the gym once I start..
