BEFORE, INBETWEEN, AND AFTER 170lbs to 122lbs

Wow..tats all I am gonna say...U were already pretty before but so beautiful afterwards..and again as I had mentioned before your legs are the killer now..:) Well, i know mine will get there...too..Its like i think, if you can do it, surely I can too..:-D thanks...for the pictures..-Taz

Oh i wouldnt say i have killer legs..i still need to work on them more! haha..but thank you!

Thanks! I've acually never been told i look like her...and no i dont hate her haha...i use to watch The Hills a lot...i havent lately tho..o well haha..dont watch as much tv as i use to. Thanks again for the nice comment!!

I was wandering around here and just came across your posts - I think I'm in a similar situation to you, and I'm wondering how you have been so successful? I have always been an athlete, but have never looked like one. I work out 6 days a week, cardio and 3 days of weights, and my dream, for at least 2 years, has been to do a figure competition some day. But I currently weigh 170 lbs.! Agh! This is the heaviest I've been...I'm also 5'3"...would love to hear your secrets!
 
Oh you look like a girl I see that works at counter at Goodlife haha. Nice change you look very pretty back before you made your transformation and you look even more beautiful now. Nice work and definately a motivating picture for me to strive to hit my goal of 170.

Well when i started losing weight i just did cardio..and thats it...mostly running and elliptical...and i did that 7 days a week...i started out slow..doing just the elliptical 45mins-1hr...and then once i did that for awhile i started running a mile on the treadmill and then also adding in another 30 mins on the elliptical...then i got to just running 3 miles on the treadmill everyday...and sometimes adding in elliptical. That was pretty much my whole workout till i lost my weight...now i do weight training everyday plus cardio...not as much cardio as i was doing..but enough. I have now been weightlifting for a year now..and plan on continuing it for a very long time..i love it a lot!...I also ate NO JUNK FOOD and NO POP...just orange juice in the morning and either fat free milk or water during the day. Id have a healthy cereal in the morning for breakfast, either a can of tuna or chicken with cottage cheese for lunch..and if i wanted a snack...an apple or some kind of fruit of veggie. For lunch id usually just have a protien shake and thats it. That was everything i did..it was hard to get use to bc i would eat whatever i wanted, whenever i wanted it!....so ya i craved everything i use to eat but i just told myself if i ate it that it would bring me less closer to my goal.

Just find a way that suits you bc i know everyones body is different. I wish you the best and hoepfully someday you will do a Figure Comp!!!!!! Never give up!!

I just wanted to thank you for being an awesome inspiration! You obviously worked super hard to get to your goal, and looking at your pictures makes me feel like it's totally possible! I'm going to get there slowly but surely! Thanks again, you look great!
 
This is simply amazing! As someone who has lost a bunch already, I'm about where your start pics were now and moving to the 2nd phase(and hoping to reach it by Christmas). This is such a huge motivation and you look terrific.

My husband and I are estranged, but I wish I could get him to go to for the sake of his health so he'll be around a long time for our children. It's funny because he used to be the one who grew up playing and competing in sports and was always in good shape. I did ok too, but I was just naturally fit from walking since I didn't have a car until I was 23.

Anyway, your fiance is a good guy. He helped you realize your dreams and motivated you. I predict you all have a wonderful future ahead! Good luck to you!:cheers2:
