Katie i cannot believe how far you have come!

Me and your 'before' photos could be identical twins. I am 4'11 and 143 lbs, and hold tons of my weight in the belly and inner thigh. I absolutely cannot wait to look like you. I always thought the 'flub' under my belly button would be there forever, but as you have shown me, it WILL go away!! I'm so excited!! And don't worry, I have a cavernous belly button too :( Maybe that will go with the weight also!!

I still have my "cave" belly button..i probably get that from my dad tho! haha...but thats what i was born with..cant change it! I wish you the best of luck hun!! Youll look great!! :)

-What type of protein shake was it you said you drank mostly? I read it somewhere in the thread but there are so many pages to look through!!

Also, your fiancee looks like a really nice guy! How does he deal with the extra attention you must get from other guys?

I am 170-175 and I use to be 125-130 and thats exactly where I want to be. (i mean who doesn't) but I need motivation. I pay for a gym membership every month but I go like twice a month. I can't get it going. can you give me any tips. I am a smoker, which totally brings me down physically. I don't know. :puke: I dont want to give up but it's soooo hard.

Congrats on your success. I wish I could stick to a plan for 8 months!! I can't stick to any plan for a week! What is your way of sticking to it! I need to personal trainer... neways.. I am venting and I dont even know you.

Your not bugging me!! haha...the protien i use is Body Fortress Whey protien..i get the chocolate kind and i mix it with Fat Free Skim milk...or you can with water but i prefer milk...tastes better!!

He deals with it haha!..he is pretty protective but i tell him to take it as a compliment to him!! HAHA. Hes just really proud of me...im just happy he was in my life to help me bc i probably couldnt have done it without him..

I know its hard to get yourself to go to the gym regularly but you gotta do it...once you start you'll get use to it and then you'll end up wanting to go to the gym!! Ya smoking isnt the best either...id try to quit, ya i bet its hard but it will be best for you in the long run with your health.

Just start out slow with working out...go to the gym and do something that you know you can do...try just walking for 30-45mins(try incline walking)..and once that gets easy try something else, work your way up!

Also watch what you eat! I never counted calories but if that works good for you then do that. Everyone has their own way. Drink lots of water and just stay positive!!

I too have seen your pictures on weight loss ads. The first one was today on MySpace. I saw it and when I clicked back it was gone. I had me and 2 other friends trying to find it again. To no avail, we didnt see it. We tried for a good 30mins.

I give up and then sign in to check Jennifer Hudsons myspace and there you are. This time a DIFFERENT one. I saved both of them and heres the link they go to. I would contact them and threaten to sue. Its messed up!
