BEFORE, INBETWEEN, AND AFTER 170lbs to 122lbs

You are absolutely my muse and insparation. Your total transformation makes me believe if you can do it, so can I! You look amazing!
 
You look so great! I hope I look just half as good as you when I hit my goal. Can I ask you a question? You look so toned and smooth. How did you prevent saggy skin or horrible stretch marks? My inner thighs are starting to get a little saggy and I want to stop it asap. I have only been doing intense cardio such as jogging for a few miles a day, I havent been weight training because I have a fear of bulking. Any suggestions?

Do weight training..thats what i do..i lift everyday with my fiancee (Mondays-Chest, Tuesdays-Triceps, Wednesday-Back, Thursday-Biceps, Friday-Legs, Saturday-Abs, Sunday- OFF/or just cardio....I also usually run a couple miles after i lift..u want to do lifting first and then cardio..thats what ive read)...you wont bulk up unless you doing low reps and high weight..just start out doing low weight and do more reps! You'll just get more definition in your muscles! It helps so much! Work with a trainer..they know a lot and give a lot of good advice!!

No i dont have a diary on here sorry :( but i did write on here what i did to lose my weight...on one of these pages!!haha...might have to look through..Thank you so much for the compliment! Your very sweet!!

Thank you so much for the nice comment! I started gaining weight slowly when i was in junior high and when i got into highschool i was about 145..for being 5'3" that was a little too much for me...after highschool i went to cosmetology school..and thats where i REALLY gained weight...it sucked bc they always had a CANDY vending machine in the break room and if you forgot your lunch...THERES YOUR LUNCH...bc you really didnt get a lot of time to go and get something to eat anywhere else..either had to bring it or theres the vending machine. So that really sucked! At my graduation i weighed pretty much 170 (168). When i got my pictures back from my graduation..I HATED THEM!! I wanted to throw them all away! I graduated June 06'..i moved into an apartment with my fiancee in Sept 06' and thats when i decided i needed to lose this weight..it helped so much also for being in our own apartment bc he wouldnt buy any crap food and i would eat it all the time at my parents house..so that was a plus..and everyday he had me come to the gym with him! After awhile its just a routine for you and you feel you have to do it or ELSE!! haha...I started losing about 2 pounds a week in the beginning but towards the end of my weightloss i was losing about 1 pound every week to every other week. I lost most all my weight by my 20th birthday (April 30th 07')..i think i lost only about a couple more pounds after that..my lowest weight was 122...i now weight 126...so iv gained a couple pounds(hopefully i will get rid of them bc its FINALLY nice out here!)..DANG SWEETS!! GRR..ice-cream and cookies are my weaknesses!

I did all cardio to lose my weight (alot of running and elliptical)..i know people say you should add weightlifting also but i was uncomfortable doing weightlifting then and it worked for me anyways. I now do weight lifting everyday and i absolutly LOVE IT!! I have been doing it for a year now! My fiancee is my little personal trainer! haha..(Mondays-Chest, Tuesdays-Triceps, Wednesday-Back, Thursday-Biceps, Friday-Legs, Saturday-Abs, Sunday-OFF/or just cardio) I also always run a couple miles after i lift.

We have a amature body building competition here every year in March. They have fitness and figure competitions and female/male body building! Me and my friend Alyssa are planning on competing in the figure competition next March. Im a little nervous bc i know its A LOT of commitment! My fiancee also might be doing the body building in the light weight division. We'll see how that goes for us!

Tips for eating- ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST!!!! That will boost your metabolism!!..Also eating little potions 6 times a day helps a lot too..instead of eating 3 big meals..Im going to be trying to do that soon bc ive heard that really works!..I usually ate Cereal for breakfast, a can of chicken/or tuna for lunch and a meal replacement bar for supper or a protien shake..so i wasnt eating huge meals but it was enough to crave my hunger. For snacks i would have fruit, veggies, low-fat yogurt, or fat-free/sugar-free pudding.

I am new to this forum, but I had happened to read several of your comments while browsing through the threads. I have to say, I looked at your avatar photo and thought to myself, "Like she's ever had to worry about weight!"...and this I found this. I know it is silly, but you are just so stunning that I couldn't imagine you struggling with weight. Of course, I'm not saying that you were just a complete mess before :) , but now...you look wonderful and I can't thank you enough for the inspiration you have provided. I am much heavier than you ever were, but your transformation in unbelievable and will help me keeping going. Congrats!

That is crazy, we do have the same weight transformation, and height! haha except I have a "sad" bellybutton as my boyfriend calls it.. It hasn't quite gone back ever...

Are you serious?!?! HMM??! I have facebook but i never put my before and after pic on there...someone did send me an email about using my pics for some weighloss thing but i didnt answer bc i never used some kind of weightloss pill or water or nething so im not going to do that...HMM im going to have to look that up!..Is there anyway you could send me the link for the ad with my picture, i dont know why they are using it bc they did not have my permission. thank you for telling me!!!

I have a really DEEP one..i call it a cave lol...so i hate my stomache without my bellyring..so i hope i never have to take it out for some reason! :ack2:
