BEFORE, INBETWEEN, AND AFTER 170lbs to 122lbs

wow, you are my new inspiration!

just a question, what kind of protein shakes did you drink? and is tuna, chicken breast, and apples all you ever ate?

The protien is "Body Fortress: Chocolate Whey Protien"..its a powder protien you mix with water or milk (fat free milk)

That is A LOT of what i ate...other then that i had a lot of sandwiches, cottage cheese, and sometimes i would even have a bowl of cereal for a meal..I LOVE CEREAL..i know a lot of people dont like it other then breakfast but if i could eat it for every meal i WOULD! haha
 
Woww you look fabulous!! I'm not gonna lie, when I get discouraged, I come and check out your before and afters. Your transformation is the most motivating to me, probably because you were roughly the same weight as me, and I want to get to about 125.
Did you start to lose weight right away? and did you ever struggle to lose weight in the 8 months? I've been working out for about 2 months and I have lost like 4 lbs thats it!!!

The weight started coming off more in the beginning but towards the end it took a lot longer..i was losing about 2-3 pounds a week and then at the end i was losing MAYBE 1 pound a week or 2 weeks..i worked out A LOT too..i worked out 7 days a week...its different for everyone too..just stay strong..it will come off sooner or later!!! KEEP IT UP HUN!!

All I can say is wow! I am embarking on this weight loss journey and my stats are roughly the same as yours. I am away on holiday overseas in 7 months to visit my family, some who I haven't seen in six years. Imagine if I stepped off the plane looking like you...they'd all drop dead!! :drool5: Congrats on your awesome effort...you are very inspiring!

I love your make over. Did you get extensions and blue contacts? You look amazing!

Yepp i have blue contacts..they are my "going out eyes" haha...and ya i have "clip-in" extensions...so i can have them in and take them out when i want..they are pretty SWEET!! haha...thank you so much!
 
Katie BEAR.....I always meant to ASK you the same QUESTION....how is YOUR confidence now, do you see yourself as a SKINNY girl, or do you feel you still have work to do.....?

After talking to a lot of people, I find some have a lower confidence as they go....but you seem different, which is what I WANT when I get there.....

I definitely THINK YOU ARE PERFECT as you are, but you know how it is when it is YOURSELF you are thinking about......??? hmmmm?

I dont think im skinny at all..my confidence level is up way more then it use to but sometimes i still feel like i need to lose some more..i use to BAWL all the time when i would go shopping bc i would try on a size i thought would fit and it wouldnt..and i never wanted to go to a bigger size bc i didnt want to think i was gaining weight..the parts of my body i dont like is the underneath of my arm by my pits lol...bc i still think they could be tightened up a bit and my legs..my fiancee says he loves my legs but i just dont like my inner thighs...other then that im good. I get kinda down on myself too when i gain a couple pounds but once it goes back down again im ok, i dont know why im like that either bc your wieght fluctuates all the time...im going to try and do the Fitness Competition here in town next year..my friend wants to do it with me also so we will just have to help eachother out with everything!

THE FEAR....of going back to what I used to be was SOOOOO GREAT...and I think that is what happened....I used to fluctuate between 142-147 and then one day I was at 151 and I GOT sooooo scarred that I was almost into another bracket and another one.....day...I was...and then I blinked and I WAS HUGE...and I had gone back into 178......and I feel like I attracted it with my fear of being BIGGER....

I was hoping that YOU were going to tell me different...that YOU FEEL skinny.....

BUT I think it's probably way deeper than that ....especially if someone was bigger for a couple years...or worse...your whole life......

I THINK thats GREAT...a FITNESS competition...wow...when are you going to start TRAINING!!!!?

ALSO I've been meaning to TELL YOU....YOU've GOT SOME "GUNS" on you NOW!!! LOL

The competition is next March..and i think you start trianing 3 months before. I have to look more into it and study up! haha..

Im proud of my biceps! haha..i really like working biceps, triceps, and chest the best!

I saw a SHOW on tv one TIME about a CHICK who COMPLETELY transformed her BODY into looking like SPORTS ILLUSTRATED over a three month period too....it was CRAZY!!!

And all in all....it's PROBABLY that same FEAR of getting bigger that will KEEP you down on your weight and maintaining......and when we become lenient with the exercise and what we eat, then THATS when we run the risk of getting bigger again.....

YOU should definitely do it.....I can SEE IT ALREADY!!! MARCH BABY~~!!! ;)
