Before and During...Not Done Yet!!!

Great progress Ali! I've noticed a lot of changes in my face too even though the scale didn't change as much as I expected this month. It's nice to see a difference!

This week was terrible and the month is shaping up to be conspiring to kill me so I guess I won't have to worry aboht the August weight loss challenge at least :D

Very cool. I'm gonna have to head down that way one of these days. We're planning on going to Hershey park this summer. Just the other side of Philly from you. Hershey is going to be dangerous on the diet, though. :willy_nilly:

i haven't posted a pic in next to forever, i don't know that I have seen big gains in the physique department but a friend of mine saw this pic I had taken and said that it was a good picture of me.

i know it looks posed but i am standing on a stool so i can get most of me in the picture (yes, i am short :))

Thanks Steve - that means a lot coming from you :)

I ditched a lot of the accessory crap that I was doing and have been focusing more on core work. Doing that got me below 180 and has shown some gains in the overall strength department as well as showing some improvment in my upper body.

Overall I am pleased. Long way to go still but I know I will get there.
 
Wow. You look fantastic!!!! I don't think I'll ever stop being "wowed" by these transformations. Incredible job!!.......Seriously, you look 10-15 years younger!
 
Ali, great picture. You are looking better from just last month when you were on vacation, especially in the face, but also the waist.

You're lookin' good ali! It looks to me like you're arms are more toned looking...smaller, firmer.
