Huge change way to go.......
Before - a few years ago - at 320 lbs
I dropped from 320 to 176 and started working out, eventually came back up to 210 and have held it there for awhile. Constantly getting stronger and better!
and here I am now...
I found this board while looking for forums about the master cleanse, and I have never posted before and afters anywhere, so I thought this might be the place to do it.
Anyhow, that's 5 years of hard work
I run 30-40k a week now, and exercise 4-5 times a week at the gym and watch my diet very carefully. I really love the way my body is now, and work hard to always improve.
Good luck to anyone else trying to lose weight, it's not easy, but it's definitely rewarding.
wow i must say you have gone from very plain guy to one hot looking guy
can you please give us a example of what you would eat in a day ?
breakfast,
lunch
dinner
any snacks
what is the detox that you are doing?
Did u eat any nut and seeds while you were on your weight loss journey
