Yeah, i drink plenty of water. Like 2litres a day, especially in the heat.
I think i will get over it, i just need to keep going. Everytime i push myself, and it happens i get scared and quit but if my Personal Trainer was right, then it should just be a matter of building up my stamina. And i'm sure losing weight will make the running bit abit easier for me.
I had the greatest salad today!
It was Tuna, Cucumber, Beans, Baby spinach, Capsicum, Fetta cheese, olives, Pine nuts with low fat Aioli Dressing. YUUUUM! It was so satisfying!
Breakfast was small 'cause i wasn't hungry at all! So i had a big white peach and and then when i started to feel a bit hungry i had a tub of low fat cheesecake flavoured yoghurt which i am obsessed with but don't eat it all the time because of the sugar. But goodnees it's so nice!
My mum made bean stew for dinner....no veggies...i think she's learning off my grandmother

Anyways, i don't i had enough calories today so a small bowl should be okay and i'll skip the rice.
Okay i have to go walkies now, buh bye for now!!!
