Managed two hours in the gym today, and my week has been really good so far with eating the right things. Its a shame I won't be able to get to Slimming World on Monday, im sure I will have lost by then.

I'm juts planning to keep this up for the whole two weeks and then hopefully I will see a nice number under 180 on the scales =D
 
Well done for getting to the gym and staying good.

It's a shame that you cannot get to SW to get the reward for your hard work this week. Is there another meeting that you could get to on another evening - maybe in a nearby district? Have you checked on the internet for other meetings? Or maybe near where you work at a lunchtime.

Do SW charge you for the meetings that you miss? I know that WW do - so it will make it extra annoying if you miss a meeting.

Its hard when you have to work and you miss SW im lucky the consultant does a class on wed and thurs so if i miss one i can go the other have you told them your working as they wont charge you for missing i told them im a shift worker so i wont pay for all i miss though work

Hello, just checking in before the weigh in tomrow to let you all know I'm still alive!
Been very good with going to the gym this week, two hour sessions on tuesday, friday and today. Eating has been good aswell and i made some low syn soup with carrots, potatoes, parsnips, leaks and some pearl barley yesterday which has been good to fill me up and stopped me from snacking =D

Been really busy with revision for my A2 exams which start on the 5th of june so not long now =|
will check in tomorow!

The soup sounds really nice - very healthy and tasty too! Much better than snacking on lots of things. Having said that - I have been snacking on sugar free jelly as well as my normal fruit today.

Not more revision for you. No sooner do you seem to get one lot of exams behind you but some more come along!

As you know - becoming overweight was the highlight of my Christmas!

We both know how important it is with the NHS too!
 
Today, we have run out of milk so I decided to have total 0% greek yogurt on my cereal and it was GOOD!.
I had;
28g of honey nut shreaded wheat
Raspberries
1 tub 0% yogurt and mixed in 2tsps of honey

It was really nice! I usualy dont really like cereal (unless its coco pops hehe) but that was nice and I still have my 'A' allowance left so I can have some cheese later.

I had a really good day yesterday, went to the gym for two hours and then went into subway for my little brother on the way home from work last night and didnt get anything for me =) the actual subways don't do that much for me but they make these oatmeal and rasin cookies which are just so good but I didnt get one. Came home and had a healthy dinner of sushi and miso soup.

I think it gets easier to say no to things after a while - becasue I work in a hospital, patients are alwasy bringing us tins of chocolates or biscuits which I used to find really hard to resist but it just doesnt bother me any more. I will have one if I really want one and then count it into my syns but I don't just keep eating them like I used to.

Had a good week this week, been going to the gym every other day and managed to eat fairly well except on wednesday when I went to the sex and the city movie and did have some popcorn and ice cream. I made up for it the next day with a 3 hour workout at the gym (I have really started to enjoy the gym!) and I don't think It has cause me too many problems.

Have TOM this week so I think i'm retaining water. Not gained anything but not lost anything either. I'll be fine with maintaining tomorow in SW but im going to drink plenty of water and eat light untill I get weighed, just incase I can manage to lose 0.5lb which would be 3 1/2 stone all together and a nice shiney sticker for my slimming world book!

Will check in tomorow =D

I just got weighed at home and the scales are saying a 1lb gain (boo!) I havent really lost any good amount of weight in a while now so I need to really get going with the diet this week.

There are 5 more weigh ins untill my holiday to Kavos so im aiming to get down to 12stone3lb (which would be a 4stone loss in total!) before I go. Thats 7.5lb to lose in 5 weeks so its definatly achievable.

Anyway, hopefully the SW scales will have me at a maintain tonight becasue a gain would set me back a bit.

Yay!

Lost my 0.5 lb and got my 3 and a half stone award =D
My SW consultant wants me to go throught to this 'young slimmer of the year' thing. Bascially you have to go and stand in front of a panel of judges and a room full of people tell them why you think you deserve to win. ERM NO!

It sounds like my idea of hell so I told her i'm not intersted. My mum goes to SW with me and she just wouldnt shut up - 'oh come on becky, just go for it' etc. even after I said I really didn't want to, she just decided not to listen and said to my consultant as we where leaving 'i'll work on her for next week'. Great, now all i'm going to hear all week is persuasion (harrassment) of her trying to convince me to do it.

Anyway!

lost my 0.5 like I said so im happy.

Well, exams start tomorow - I have sociology in the afternoon.

I think I am doing well so far, have been eating fine and still went to the gym last night without letting it get in the way of my revision. (it was a nice break actually - I can't believe I have started to enjoy the gym =). Can't wait untill the exam is over tomorow, I have five to do in total and I finish on June 17th so I can't wait for that obviously.

Anyway, I have promised myself I will get to the gym either tomorow (after exam) or Friday morning before I need to start revising again and hopefully I will have another good week for when I get weighed on Monday.

You will definitely get to your holiday target if you stick at it the way that you have been. You have already lost so much weight that you are bound to feel so slim on holiday this year.

One exam over thank god, don't think it went very well but theres no point in thinking about it untill the results come out.

Didn't make it to the gym yeaterday or today - i didnt eat anything all day before the exam and had hardly slept the night before so when I came in I just went to bed. now I just feel ill so I need somethig to eat and to relax a little bit before I start revision again.
I'll go to the gym tomorow.

My next exams are on thursday and I have a clash so I will be in the exam hall all day with a supervised lunch and won't be allowed to talk to anyone. The exams are in two different subjects so I need to organise my revision.

Anyway, on the bright side I have lost 3lb according to the scales at home so Im going to try and stay focused so I can get a good loss next week.
 
Hello all,

Finished my exams today so made up about that of course, not been eating well at all - between pizza, chinese food and ice cream.

However, I will be back on the plan tomorow, and in the gym first thing tomorow morning because i'm sure I have put weight on! not dared to step on the scales but my clothes feel a bit tight and my face is all puffy. Going to have a little be of indulgence tonight to celebrate my exams (and college) being over but other than that im back on for tomorow.
