Got back from NY this morning, Eating was okay - I had some 'naughty' things like cakes and pizza but also some healthy salads and sandwhiches aswell, we walked all over the place so I definatly got some excercise in. My scales at home are showing 13.8lb, so thats 3lb on from when I last got weighed in slimming world. Hopefully can lose some of it before Monday when I next get weighed, I would be really happy with 1.5lb so I stay under 13.7 (as far as my slimming world book is concerned!).
