Im off to New York tomorow, not going to worry too much about the diet, just have what I fancy and do plenty of walking.

Got back from NY this morning, Eating was okay - I had some 'naughty' things like cakes and pizza but also some healthy salads and sandwhiches aswell, we walked all over the place so I definatly got some excercise in. My scales at home are showing 13.8lb, so thats 3lb on from when I last got weighed in slimming world. Hopefully can lose some of it before Monday when I next get weighed, I would be really happy with 1.5lb so I stay under 13.7 (as far as my slimming world book is concerned!).

I hope eveyone is well and had a good Easter!

Getting weighed tonight, feeling pretty nervous!

My scales at home are showing 13 stone 6lb so thats only 1lb on from when I last got weighed. I hope the Slimming world scales don't show me at any heavier than that!

Whatever happens tonight I want to be down to 13 stone 3lb when I get weighed next week which is three stone all together =D

That would definatly be nice.

We all have weighings like that. When you consider that includes a holiday and Easter - I think that you have done really well. Consider it a victory and get straight back to the battle. You will hit your milestone in no time.

Maintained at 13stone 1.5lb tonight, im happy because anything that isnt a gain is fine by me =D

Have been good this week, in food and excercise terms so im going to keep it up this week and hopefully have a good loss next Monday.
I can't wait to be 12 stone something!
 
Maintaining is a really good result after a huge loss like you had last week.

The week is going well so far, been eating plenty of fruit and veggies and not had anything I shouldnt have really.

Went to the gym on tuesday and I will go again today after college. Im working all day on saturday (07:30-21:30) so Im going to take plenty of fruit and low syn foods in with me so im not tempted by what everyone else is eating (cooked breakfast, toast, chocolate etc). If I keep this up I think im on track for a good weight loss on monday, aiming for at least 2lb =D
 
Went to the gym for over two hours yesterday, I was shattered afterwards but made up that I went and stayed for that long. Eating has been okay, was in work from 7:30 till 3pm today. We were really busy so I didn't get a break but I did drink plenty of water and had some healthy veggie soup when I got in. I feel like this week has gone really well!
Can't wait to get weighed on monday =D
 
So I was going to go to the gym this morning but I was so shattered after that 14 hour shift yesterday that I didn't get up untill 11 and then I basically didn't go. I havent had a day off in while though so it has been really nice just relaxing for a change.

On the good side though, I was brilliant yesterday as far as eating went.
I had fruit for breakfast, cous cous (syn free) for lunch and veg soup with a small wholmeal roll for my dinner. I also had some fruit with me to eat throughout the day and drank well over two litres of water. Usually when im working late (i get in about 10:30) I want to come in and start eating but I didnt yesterday, just went straight to bed so I was quite pleased with myself and had a total syn count of 0 yesterday which is brilliant.

I'm just hoping it will all pay off and I will be under 13 stone when I get weighed tomorow =D
 
Hi Becky

It sounds like you have had a brilliant week. You have been so good with both your food and exercise. It is no surprise that you were too tired to go to the gym after a 14 hour shift - but maybe the shift gave you some exercise that will help.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for a good visit to the scales tomorrow for you. With luck you will get under that 13 stone line - you deserve it!

Congratulations on that lost pound. Remember how big that pound of butter is. It is great to get it off the old tummy!

Good luck for the milestone next week. It will happen if you stay focused.
