lost another 4lb tonight at slimming world! I can hardly believe it, im now under 200lb and have gone 6lb further than my little birthday target. Im going to work really hard this week and am hoping to maintain my weight next monday, cause the birthday celebrations I have planned are not weight loss friendly, but it is only one day!

Your birthday target was 14 and a half stone and you are virtually at 14 stone a couple of days before your birthday.

I told my hubby about your brilliant achievement and he says that I should pass on his congratulations. He knows that weight loss is never easy.

Make sure that you enjoy your birthday celebrations. Birthdays are special and we all celebrate for the day and try to get straight back on track. I am sure that by doing this you will not do any real damage to your weight loss project. If you do splurge - you know how quickly your Christmas celebrations were recovered from.

Maintained at 14s1lb this week, so I'm very pleased, especically with having a few nights out for my birthday.
I am aiming for around 2lb this week, which I know is achievable and I am quite determined!

I'm looking forward to being 13 stone something, even if it is near the top end.
Obviously also really pleased that I am still under 200lb, hopefully won't ever go back up above it!

Anyway, I think I need to check in here more, I was at first but then I spose life just gets in the way. Will try and post every few days I think.

Maintaining across your birthday is a major achievement. Well done! :hurray:

It actually indicates quite a lot about how things should go when you are no longer trying to lose weight. They should go very well!

Good luck for getting under 14 stone soon. I know that you can do it. It is good to see you so determined.

Yay so I lost another 2.5lb.

Im really made up! obviously I didn't manage to get here during the week like I said I would, although I do come on most days and read around so I guess im still getting the benefits of the forum, even though Im not posting all that often.

That is brilliant news. You are hurtling down to another milestone! At this rate you will be so slim when you start your university course.

You do not have to post often - the main thing is that you get the benefit from the support of the forum and you stick to your project to make your weight loss dreams come true.

YAY another 4.5lb off! 13 stone 8lb now so only 1lb of my 13s7lb target for my holiday which is three more weigh ins away. Don't think I will have too much trouble managing that!

Just updating now casue I was out till late last night and just had to go to sleep when I got in. Hope you are all okay X

Had a good week this week as far as eating has gone. Havent been to the gym for ages - I just can't seem to fit it in with work and college and all the coursework I have at the moment. I'm going to try and get there a few times this comming week though.

Anyway, will of course check in after I get weighed tomorow. X
