0.5 pound is great. It brings you half a pound nearer to goal.

Whenever I lose half a pound in a week - I visualise half a pound of butter. It makes me go from thinking that it wasnt a huge achievement for a week to thinking that it certainly was!

We all hover above those milestones!

Put 1.5lb on tonight. Im a bit unhappy but I do know why (general bad eating, no excercise and its the time of the month).

Anyway, a new week has started now so im back on track and ready to lose the 1.5lb and then hopefully some more next week (3 would be nice!). I'm going to keep a food diary on here aswell so I can see what I have done right and also what changes I need to make. I actually haven't eaten yet today so it probabaly would have been even more on, going to have some sushi (mmm) for dinner and then i'll just have to see how I go from there.

hey the 1.5 is probably from TOM. i usually gain about 2lbs just before. i'm sure if you get your eating and excercising sorted this week you will see a low next week.

hope you have a better weel and weigh in next week ;)

Dont worry about the gain if you have TOM. That happens to us all.

As you know I weigh daily, eat quite strictly and walk over 10 miles every day. Here is an extract from my spreadsheet:

Thursday 28/02/2008 11st1.8
Friday 29/02/2008 11st2.8
Saturday 01/03/2008 11st2.8
Sunday 02/03/2008 11st4.0
Monday 03/03/2008 11st4.4

I am sure that it will come as no surprise that I have the joys of TOM at the minute.

It will disappear and more for next week. Dont let your weight get you down. TOM is bad enough without that!

TOM weight doesnt count it will be gone before you know it

Food diary will help me as well so i can see if you have any yummy recipies lol
i stick to the same food and want to try more

Okay food diary starting from today, which was a green day;

Breakfast
Baked beans and scrabmled egg with one syn of brown sauce

Lunch
Cheese and pickle sandwhich with cheese and bread from allowance and 2 syns worth of pickle

Dinner
Mushy peas, beetroot, tomatoes, potatoes, houmous from allowance


I also went to subway at lunch with people from college and got a cookie which was 10 syns =(

so total syns for today is 13.

Also went to the gym for 2 hours.
 
food for today (green day)

Breakfast

2 slices wholmeal toast &
85g philidelphia extra light from allowance

Lunch
Carot sticks & sugarsnap peas
with 57g of houmous (5 syns)

Dinner
Mashed potato, Mushy peas
3 meatfree burgers (1 syn each)
Pear & mullerlight yogurt

Total syns for today 8


I'm trying to keep under 10 syns a day so this is good =)
 
food for yesterday (thursday) which was a green day

Breakfast
porridge made with milk from allowance
strawberries

Lunch
Sushi (4syns)
fruit salad

Dinner
Cous cous (1.5 syns)

I also had 1.5 syns of honey on my porridge so

total syns for the day was 7
 
Food for today (green day)

Breakfast
Porridge and milk from allowance
banana & strawberries
2 tsp of honey (1 syn)

Lunch
Jacket potato with Mushy peas,
cheese & houmous from allowance

Dinner
Quorn sausages, baked beans, scrambled egg
1 tbsp brown sauce (1 syn) 1 tsp mustard (0.5 syns)

Total syns for today 2.5 (yay!)

And I went to the gym for 2 hours.

I got 2 A's in the a-level exams I did in january by they way, incase anyone is interested!

Well done for passing your A levels with such good grades.

Everything will be all systems go for your university course starting in the summer. This is such a good year for you - between that and your weight loss success.

Okay well I gave up on the food diary, I eat the same things most days anyway.
getting a bit nervous for weigh in tonight, I told my consultant last week I wanted to lose 3lb so im hoping I will do that, especially after the gain last week. will check in later after I have been to group!
