Hey, I wanted to stop by to tell you that you only have 5 lbs. to go before you are in the 140's!! You were thinking it was 15... Anybody 140-149 is in the 140's! (or even if you are close!)

and aweseom on buying that treadmill. what routines do you plan on doing?

I don't know lol. I just started running on it haha. I have tried walking, then running, then walking.. etc. Not sure if thats doing any good, but hm. I don't know where to begin. I guess I'll have a look for some posts on treadmill routines, or search google.

I didn't think about that though lol, I just thought woo lets run. Thanks :D I might benefit from routines. My legs are so sore... rest day tomorrow!

EEEEEEK, I get weighed in 2 days! I want to do it tomorrow.. and I will. I don't have college on mondays, and when I go in on tuesdays, its just gonna be torture for me. I'll have that as a little "treat" lol.

I'm really excited. I can't wait till 2008 :O 123lbs baby.
 
theres just different things you can try out for different effects. a lot of people like HIIT training to really boost fat loss. im sure there would be an article on it in the harsh truth section. xx

I've got three receipts from the scales I've used at a supermarket for the past three weeks. They are really good. Measure your body fat index too, but I'm too shy to do that I think lol.

11st 3lbs

10st 13lbs

Next week I'm hoping for...

Today, I've had..

Weetabix, milk, strawberries (again) - 240
Tuna and sweet corn sandwich - 285
Crisps - 99
Half a ham and egg sandwich - 200
Fajitas - 305
Two chocolate biscuits - 168
Bottle of orange drink - 130

I was quite naughty today. MUST stop eating the bad stuff. If anything, try to get more good stuff in there too. I'll buy some wholegrain bread tomorrow I think.

1427. That is quite good, but.. I'm a bit peckish. It is quite late though (for a college day..) so I'll be going to bed soon lol.

Oh, and also. I saw a car crash looooool. Was funny. The guy had his ipod on, didn't hear the guy behind him beep his horn, and SMACK! Dinted the car behind him, and the guy who did it just put his foot down and drove off. He was young, in a brand new car. Hmmm.

I had a really great day today. It was awesome.

Maybe cause I've been sexually frustrated. Not had 'none' in a while.. so yay. It was lovely.

Oh and I also got a new keyboard. Lool today was great. :D
 
I've changed my ticker from my before-my-birthday target, to my ultimate target. Did I already say that though?...

40-50g porridge, 300ml skimmed milk

Lunch
Meatball sub, lettuce, no cheese, wheat bread

Snack(s)
One chocolate biscuit
Bag of popcorn

Dinner
Roast potatoes, green beans, cabbage, cod in butter sauce

Pudding
Two slithers of chocolate cake -blush-

Altogether, it comes to.. 1404. Not bad, but I can do with getting some more good foods in there instead of empty calories.

I bought some wholemeal bread. Is wholemeal even good? 80 cals per slice anyway, and tastes really nice..

I think I'll have less porridge tomorrow, or one weetabic biscuit and milk, and a piece of toast with it. Also bought 100% orange juice so I'll have a glass of that also. Less than 300 calories.

I can feel a difference in my legs. It feels nice to.. change.
 
wholemeal is very good. as long as it is HARDCORE wholemeal and not just packeted sliced processed wholemeal bread because that is just as bad as white bread for nutritional value ( basically it is just white bread that has been spray painted by various colouring etc)
and porridge is awesome for breakfast because it is very filling and releases energy slowly making you feel energetic all day. you're doing fabulously on your eating - which is why you're seeing 10st :D you'll be catching me up .. id better get a move on towards my target haha xx
 
Ohhh I must look at the package haha. I'll definitely look for the right kinds of wholegrain breads.

Porridge is yum. Weetabix is also yum.

Today I had one weetabix, one piece of brown bread with a little butter.
I also had a glass of orange juice, and.. thats it.

Lunch was a sandwich from a bakery, calories unknown.
Thinking of it now makes me feel sick. Lots of mayo. Eugh.

I had a bag of 150cal popcorn.
I had two pieces of toast with spaghetti on top a while ago.
Around 1300 calories. Not bad, but not good foods either.

Tomorrow will be better.

I'm dreading Tuesday (weigh-in day). I've had two slices of chocolate cake. I KNOW I'm not gonna have lost as much or maybe even gain. Fingers crossed.
 
Girl You can and will do this just stay focused and you will hit them goals!
 
sweetie you can still eat chocolate and lose weight. its just a balance of whats going in and going out. as long as you burnt off the cake through exercise or by eating the correct amount of calories for you to lose weight.
look forward to tuesday - a day when you can see if youve achieved your goals for this week and a day to think about what your aims and goals of next week will be. xx
 
^ I didn't burn it off though lol, and I've just had more. It was in my 1500 calories for the day, but still.. I'm gonna go on the treadmill in a few minutes.

One scrambled egg (half the yolk) on one brown bread, glass of orange juice - 230

Tuna on brown bread, no mayo - 210 calories

Peppers, onions and sweet corn in naan bread - 250

Potatoes, cabbage and cod in butter sauce - 330 (didn't finish it all)

Half a Mars Delight and Disco Crisps - 257 (thanks for those, dad..)

Chocolate cake - 170-200

Roughly 1477 calories. Not bad. I did some weight lifting earlier but not a lot. Not for more than five-ten minutes.

I'm gonna have a walk/run on the treadmill..

BTW - Spiderman 3 was WONDERFUL! Afterwards David and I went to his house and lay on his bed and talked about random things for ages. I was sad.. I kept wondering what it would be like if he died, and I couldn't let go of him. I'm usually very distant so I think he was pleased. I haven't seen him today but I miss him terribly. I hope I never stop feeling this way, its lovely. I've not felt it for a long time.
 
if they were in your calorie limits then its fine and nothing to worry about sweetie!

Well I can.. it's crap! Hehe. I've never left the UK so I can't compare it to anywhere..

What about you, where do you live?

I dropped out of school when I was 11 and was homeschooled.
I'm in college now though, second year of Art and Design :D

I'm hoping I don't have to go to uni, I can do a uni course at my college.

^ Hope you slept well. I didn't!

I've not been sleeping well for a few days. Weight and pounds and stones and kilos have been on my mind. That, and computers.. why? o_O Meh.

Anywho.. I think I need some brain food. I've forgotten how to work out how many calories I need to eat and burn off to lose a pound a week. Well, I've figured it out now.. but I was just blank before. I hate that..

I definitely need to start walking more, and using the treadmill more. I need to make it a part of my lifestyle.

I've also decided to not weigh myself every week. I've become too obsessive over it. I need to concentrate on eating right and exercising more. I've just totally come off the great horse I was on, and now I'm being trampled on.

I can't just stop eating junk food. I will keep it in there with the veggies and fruits, and have it every other day.

For breakfast I had two slices of wholegrain toast, no butter. Two eggs (only one yolk), scrambled, little milk and no butter, and a glass of orange juice that I didn't finish.

I'm about to have lunch, but I'm unsure of what to have. I definitely need to buy some good food. It doesnt help that my dad is uber skinny, doesnt gain weight, walks a lot and loves chocolate and crisps and cakes and white bread.. =/

I'll buy myself some brown rice and.. things.. o.o

Still wondering when the best time is to have a run on the treadmill. Before, or after food?
 
well. you need to leave about an hour and half/two hours after youve eaten before exercise. so that could be interpreted either way :D
and no i didnt sleep very well either - ive got exams coming up and my revision is preying on my mind!
 
^ oh dear! what kind of exam is it? you'll be fine, just revise, take breaks, be calm and it'll pass! you'll pass :D
