1015 calories today. I was full.. I just can't seem to eat a lot.
I learned that I have to be eating 1600 calories, so I think if I do that, I'm gonna gain a bit of weight, but then I'll start losing again. I think... o.o lol.

I wish I had everything in writing so I could just do it, lol.

Big breakfast tomorrow I think. I'll have some beans on toast and a banana. Thats around 405 calories, so I'm almost there for my 1600 cals lol. Woot!
 
OH OH OH. I've decided to just try to get to 147 before my birthday first, so I'll update my ticket from GOAL WEIGHT: 135 to GOAL WEIGHT: 147.

10 lbs in 13-14 weeks is do-able. Yes. I CAN DO IT :D
 
I got weighed today on the same scales as last time.

Tuesday, 19th April (One and a half year anniversary for the boy and I :D):
Weight: 11st 3.8lbs - 157 lbs
Height: 5ft5.4 inches/166cm

Wednesday, 25th April:
Weight: 11st 1.6lbs - 155 lbs
Height: 5ft5.7 inches/167cm (wearing different shoes, heavier ones, but same clothes)

YAY! I've lost 2 lbs -does a dance- BUT I've only been having 1300 or less calories. I'm upping to 1600ish, or trying to, because thats how many I should be having.

WOO, by december if I lost exactly one pound a week, I will be 127lbs! Which is basically what I want, but for now, 147 for my birthday is good. :D
 
Thought I would pop my head in here and say hello. :)

Good luck getting those calories back up! Systematic, small step-ups is the way to do it. Maybe 10% every week or two.
 
^ Damn, you are kidding? Yesterday I had 900ish cals, and today I've had 1512. Slow steps? EK!!!!!! What do I do now? lol. Oh my gosh. I've only just got down to 155 too, and now I could be going back up a gain... haha made a typo there but was funny. "A gain".

Pork and egg sandwich - 220
Hot dog sandwich - 340
Veggies, potatoes and cod in butter sauce - 350
Three crackers - 102
Banana - 100
Juice thing, I'm guessing around 150 cals. It's not english lol.

I'm so stressed, I haven't a clue what to do.

Pasta chicken salad - 390

My boyfriend is leaving me. There "is no spark anymore".
 
calories -- youve got to go up to be able to go down :) everyone here has learnt that .. including me so dont worry about it hun

it should deffo give you a massive kick of determination and will power to drop the weight and become eeeven HOTTER and then you can flaunt it at him. YEAHHHHH

It's really difficult for me to eat a lot recently. Especially today, I just don't want to eat.

LOL at the flaunting. Sounds good, but thats pretty much why I was doing it anyway, so he'd want me more? I dunno.. I'll survive. ish :)

Food/exercise wise, I'm great.
Boyfriend wise, I'm not great. If he wants me I'm still here, so its his loss.

I've got my calories up a bit more today.

Breakfast: Porridge and skimmed milk - 210
Lunch: Tuna and sweetcorn sandwich, Baked potato crisps - 385
Lunch: Full can of plum tomatoes and two toast with margarine - 355
Snack: Three crackers, one table spoon of peanut butter on just one of them - 197
Dinner will be.. hm not sure. But it'll have to be no more than 319 calories.

I think I'll have half a small can of baked beans (70 cals) and one slice of toast, no butter (111 cals) and an apple. And if I'm peckish, two crackers.

All less than 1500 calories. Woot.

Got weighed on Wednesday like I said.. 155 lbs. Woot. I'm hoping for 153lbs this Wednesday. I mustnt get my hopes up too much, just incase.. cause I've upped my calories haven't I? so.. meh. I dunno.

I've done calculations, and if I eat 1500 every day for a week, and burn 2000 calories a day (I burn 1553 if I just stay in bed anyway, so I'm sure I can do 2000) for a week, then I'm gonna lose a pound a week. So.. maybe 154. I've not had 1500 calories exactly a day though, so maybe a bit more.

If I'm 154 lbs, I'll be 11 stone exactly. Which is good. That means I've lost 11 lbs, almost a stone. Yay me!
 
Beans on toast for breakfast! :D

Man, I need some change in my meals. I'm gonna look around for some interesting things to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Something different.

Anywho, I've decided to try out this method:

Breakfast - 350
Snack - 200
Lunch - 350
Snack - 200
Dinner - 350

If I go over the amount of calories for a proper meal, I just deduct the calories from a snack. By snack, I mean things like fruit, crackers, sometimes crisps or chocolate.

For breakfast sometime, I'm gonna try:
Porridge with strawberries added
A smoothie and toast
Veggie omlett
Bagel, cream cheese and fruit
Veggie pitta breads

I dunno.. I need a variety!!!

For lunch today, I'm going to buy some fajitas, chicken and salad, and enjoy it all. Muwaha.

Either that, or some pitta bread. We'll see.
 
We're back together. It's different than before, I'm not sure if I like it.. but I'm happy. Confusing ey?

Last night Dave and I went to JJB Sports, and got my treadmill. No more £300 in my pocket :( The treadmill is great though, I love it.

After setting it up and having a little go, I made us some fajitas and we ate those and talked on my bed for ages. Eventually it got to 11:15 and we were both sleepy. Ever been tired, but inside you're not? I can't explain it but it was nice. We were kissing and touching, our eyes closed, yet we were asleep. Well, I was anyway.

He went at 12:15 am, and I went back to bed and didn't wake up until mid-day hehe. It was lovely.

Anyway, I had two weetabix, skim milk and four strawberries for breakfast. 240 calories.

Then I went on the treadmill and ran for a bit, and burned off 120 calories.

I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. Should I eat first, then do it, how long should I wait to go on it? So confusing.

Yesterday was a bit bad. This is what I ate:

Weetabix and strawberries - 240
Two fajitas with peppers and onions - 320
One Brunch Bar - 150
Strawberry, pineapple and banana smoothie - 120 (only had half)
Potato crisps - 150
Potatoes, cod in butter sauce and cabbage - 300ish

I can't remember anything else.. I didn't have any (normal) bread either, which is strange for me.

Around 1200 anywho. I'm gonna definitely try to hit the 1500 mark today.

My boyfriends mum embarassed me yesterday. In front of my boyfriend and his dad, and from far away so she had a raised voice, she said that my belly is getting smaller and my boobs are sticking out more. Oh, my, god. His dad was embarassed too loooool, he just bit on his lip and walked away slowly haha. o.o

I'm glad someone is noticing though. My boyfriend said he was gonna mention it the night before when he was playing with my hips, but didn't. He did plenty of groaning though.

Hmmm, weetabix and strawberries for breakfast today. I'm quite full. I'll have lunch around 1pm. Unsure what to have though. I may have more fajitas.

Crisps and chocolate was bad.. but other than that it was great.
Yummy fajitas baby. I'm thinking of what other veggies to add to this.

I made a mistake of using vegetable oil the other day, when frying the vegetables. 300 calories in the oil alone! I've started using one cal spray, so its much better. Also low calorie mayo too, and only a tablespoon.

Fajitas and smoothies. It's all good. :D

Hey, I wanted to stop by to tell you that you only have 5 lbs. to go before you are in the 140's!! You were thinking it was 15... Anybody 140-149 is in the 140's! (or even if you are close!)
