Thoughts

I went to Yosemite with my family for a one-day trip. I had a great time and did plenty of walking around. Yosemite is an amusement park for nature lovers and novice photographers!!


Eating could've been better, we went to the Black Bear Diner and laughed at the portions, and we had so much food to snack on in the car.


We've been cleaning our house, section by section, garage, which doesn't have a car in it but tons of stuff. The refrigerator had all these juices all in it, so that was thoroughly cleaned. We even moved the treadmill into the living room, so once I order a replacement key, that thing should be all heated.


Will be back on it tomorrow. So happy to be back and hopefully be in control!
 
Hey you might find a car in that garage after you clean it! I mowed my yard once and found a car!....Just kiddin

3 hours of volunteering in the ER (constantly walking and turning gurneys) my phone app was on and in only 1.5 hours, I walked 4500 steps! So basically got my 9,000 steps of the day in 3 hours....my feet hurt!!

Hey Sarah, thanks for bringing my journal out of the dust! Funny how things go, but I'm ack at it.


As you all know, it was tough, I even came back for a one day stint because I was so sick of myself, but I rather record back in the same journal I started, at leat since it is in the year 2012.


I have seen 200.6 this morning.


In the past few days,we brought in the treadmill from the garage. Got the key from my aunt's treadmill that she threw away, same model. Yes, kinda hijacked the key.


60minutes last night 3.06miles

60minutes tonight 3.47miles


my goal for may is to power walk 60minute for 26 days.

Welcome back...we've missed you! It's never too late to start over...look at it this way, you'll be in the 190's before you know it!! It took me forever to get there, so I can tell you it can be done! Stick with it girl...way to go on the treadmill! You might consider listening to fat2fitradio.com podcasts...I find them very good to listen to while I'm exercising...good information and motivational too...just 2 guys talking about weight loss, no commercials, no alterior motives..just good info. Another thing I did recently is join myfitnesspal.com and I'm actually counting calories (but is so easy with their app...it doesn't take alot of calculating...someone else has already done that!). If you're interested in "friending me", my name is scbibhouse there too.
