12: 1 cup fresh pineapple, 1.5 boiled eggs, 1 pouch tuna, 1 banana, 2 pieces brownies
3pm: 8oz mega mango from jamba juice
5pm: 6oz pork loin, 8 stakes asparagus, 2tbsp ketchup
8pm: Asian Buffet: 1 steamed fillet, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup baby bok choy, 3 tamago sushi w/o rice, 2oz raw fish (salmon, white), 6oz hot and sour soup, 1 bite egg roll, 2 bites general chicken, 2 steamed oysters and 15 clams, 2 thin slices cantaloupe, 2 wedges orange

Thoughts[/b]
There was no way I would exercise this morning after working out so hard last night. I plan on doing a quick workout this evening on my dual trainer, but not right now. My thighs are so sore and so are my pectorials! EUGH!!! I don't want to get too sore because I want to do the strength training tomorrow and the zumba class tomorrow. It will be my very first zumba class! I am excited. [/b]
So I got kinda bored and was craving asian food so I had dinner with my brother at the local buffet. The quality went from an impressive 5-star to a mediocre 3-star. Hmm, don't think I'll go back there for awhile. I am so full! My intestines feel fully distended. WEIRD??? [/b]
Anyways, I'm going to relax for the rest of tonight and look forward to working out tomorrow. Long and strong. 2+ hours anyone?
