Thoughts
I came home after the trip, weighed myself at 6pm and was at 201.0 with some clothes on BEFORE working out. I think I did a decent job in this trip, except I didn't need the extra 3oz of prime rib or the 1/4 biscuit w/ gravy this morning or the extra egg. Oh well, I did a decent job. Also, fresh strawberries w/o cream would've been fine.
I don't plan on eating tonight because I'm not hungry, so with the 90min workout I am about to complete, I confidently hope to see 198-197 tomorrow morning.

Right back on the journey!! Goal is 10lb by Day 14. One major perk of this LV trip was to "confuse" my body and metabolism so let's jump back on! Debating on whether to increase my weekly exercise needs to reach 10pound weight loss. I guess we will cross that bridge when it comes, so by Day 12, I should decide to add another 60min to this week!
The workout was great! Before taking a bath, I weighed in at 198.6! So losing about a pound per hour of moderate exercise.
