9AM- 1 cup scrambled eggs, 2 strips bacon, 1/2 cup potatoes, 2 cups fruit (pineapple, honeydew, peach, pear)
1230PM- 2 cup spinach, 2 tbsp thousand island dressing, 1 boiled egg, 2oz bacon, 2cup broccoli and cheese soup
3PM- 7 pieces of "bowl" candies (2 crackles, 2 small reeses cups, 2 andes mint, 1 jolly rancher)
630PM- 2 cups stir fried veggies (onion, mushroom, snap peas, bell peppers), 6oz skirt steak
7PM- 2 cups cantaloupe

Thoughts
So, I ate a ton of delicious food today. AND I started my WOOHOO today. My range of calories is between 1,800-1,300 to lose weight. Let's try this out this week. I put some hair creme in my hair that WILL have to be washed out tomorrow morning, so I definitely have to work out tomorrow AM.
I am really happy that I didn't weigh in above 200. WHEW, coast is clear. I'm ready to get back on it. We have so many groceries at home to cook with. I am so excited!! Chicken Thighs, Shrimp, Salmon Fillets, Pork Chops, Egg Whites, Vegetables, Fruits...
Tons of things I have to do this week: Stop by Target, Walgreens, CVS, and the bank. Also, start my studying regime ASAP.
