Woops I forgot to list my foods from yesterday!
July 31:

- 2 egg omelette[438 cals, 36g fat, 2g carbs]
--- 2 large eggs: 185 cals, 14g fat, 1g carbs
--- 1/3 cup chopped salami sausage: 147 cals, 13g fat, 1g carbs
--- 1/5 cup chopped chese: 106 cals, 9g fat, 0g carbs
- carrot muffin: 350 cals, 12g fat, 40g carbs
- 12 oz hot chocolate: 111 cals, 1g fat, 23g carbs
- half Outback Steakhouse "Shrimp on the Barbie": 330 cals, 21g fat, 16g carbs
- Outback Steakhouse "Alice Springs Chicken": 356 cals, 20g fat, 3g carbs
- 2 cups Caesar salad: 163 cals, 12g fat, 9g carbs
Total: 1748 cals, 102g fat, 93g carbs
Notes: Went over calories a little because we went out to Outback Steakhouse to celebrate the fact that my mom's gone 3 months now without smoking
I think it was worth it.
