Running Totals: Wednesday July 6.
Food:
- split order of mozza sticks: 355 cals, 20g fat, 25g carbs
- french slam (2 each: french toast, bacon, sausage, eggs): 1180 cals, 75g fat, 74g carbs
Total: 1535 calories, 95g fat, 99g carbs
Drink:
- 3 500mL glasses of diet coke: 0 calories, 0g fat, 0g carbs
- 2 750mL bottles of water: 0 calories, 0g fat, 0g carbs
Exercise:
- 30 mins cardio (speed walking)
Notes: The weird thing about eating at Denny's is that all of their meals are relatively big and basically take up my calories for the whole day... but they also stick to you all day anyways! I ate at about 10am this morning, its 6:30 now, and at best I'm a little peckish. Last time I had breakfast there it was the same results. As far as the workout goes, I didn't "push" myself that hard because my thighs were still a little sore from Monday's workout, when I pushed myself a lot harder than I had in a very long time. But, I have 2 workout days down, and 2 to go! Definitely going tomorrow, and then I'll be going again probably Sunday evening (but I am going to see if I can go Saturday morning too)
