Went a 100 cals over and did good on carbs. Did house work today and didn't get in exercise, but am getting the water!!:D
Thank god, I didnt get any exercise in really, lol and I went over my cals, LOL...I got a whole whoppin 2.5 miles on the Elliptical and hten got distracted nad interupted, just one of those days...
 
YEs I do have a plan going and the scale has moved a little but I am not counting it yet. I'm waiting to see what the end of the week brings!!:D
 
Menu for today:

Br: cereal with 1% milk
Snack: banana
Lunch:fried potato (fried with cooking spray)
1/2 hot dog
green beans
Snack: apple
Dinner:
Spaghetti
1 slice whole wheat bread with smart balance light butter

Total: 1542 cals and 264 carbs
 
Oh, what a great way of "fixing" the scale!

Mechelle, you keep doing what you're doing, that scale WILL move!
