So I am over just a bit on the lower side of my cals. Which is 1200-1500. I like to stay around 1200. Itried 1000, wow it was too hard for me! Any way I am just under 1300 tonight. So not bad!!:eek:

Great job on keeping to your cal. for the day. Me I've tried to count cal. but I failed. I can't seem to do it. When I try to do it I fail, but when I just eat better and smaller portions I do great....odd isn't it?

Hi Mechelle! I'm glad you did something that pleased you for your anniversary. Good on you for the way you are getting stuck into your exercise despite the storms! Nice progress with your weight too. :)

Mechelle...Im rootin for ya, you can do this chicky!!! We both can it just sucks, to seem stuck, the important thing is we are both trying so hard...maybe we need to introduce a freindly little challenge between the two of us to get us going and push ourselves...Have a good weekend!!!

Good idea! What do you think? I'm open. I am trying low cals and low carbs right now! Lpus exercise and water.:)
 
Ya I gotta up my water intake or at least drink my 64 - 80 oz...it is hard though, LOL...I was thinkin abt cutitn down my carb intake...breads and such...you name it I will do it but i have a hard time with 1200 cals or less just cant seem to do it with my job...
 
How about watch carbs. Iam trying to keep them between 50-90 and keep cals between 1200-1500. With exercise and water. And anything else you can think of!:) Starting tomorrow, MOnday? Is that good for you?:confused:
 
I am back!:rolleyes: I have a lot to do today, so I am skipping the gym. I'm going to do a weight training exercise video and maybe something else. I am counting carbs and cals as od today and am going to try and remember to post my food!:)
 
BR: cerealwith 1% milk 380
L:baked potato w/1/2 hot dog, gr. beans 513
Snack: Apple 80
A total of 1688 cals and 232 carbs. I went a little over on the cals. Hope to do better tomorrow!!

Howdy Wow counting cals and carbs goodluck well I am counting
cals and fat so I guess it isn't to hard.I couldn't count carbs fat and cals or I would be living off lettuce lol! Let me know how the carb countin goes I may try that in the future when this starts to stall! Have a nice day and drink that WATER!:) Have a nice day,Tammy:D
 
So far today I am doing really well. We'll see what the scale thinks of it though!! I am trying to get 5 fruits and veggies today and still do all the counting. I am hoping this will break through for me!!:)
 
Determination my dear, determination!!! You will get there...countin cals is a good thing ... and writign it on our diary is also, it keeps me more in check than anyhtign else...
