Ended up eating like 1600 cals. Have no idea on carbs. There was just this little dab of spaghetti leaft and no one ate it, so i did.:mad: I dislike waste and I can't seem to control it when things like that happen. I should just throw it away, but I just can't waste like that!:rolleyes: I know I nees to seek help!!;)

I think we have all done that! Still 1600 cals
isn't bad at all and that includes spaghetti you go girl! I was
thinkling of making some soon using this whole wheat pasta but
tell ya the truth not much diffrence in the cals ect but a couple!

I am up early and I'm going to get ready to go to the gym. As soon I drop the kids off at school. Then I've got to do ironing and laundry!:( But i hope I am off to another great start!!:)
 
You dont need help I use to always be the same way...I hate wasting food and money...now i can just throw it away instead of eating it...and if I am in a resturant, i need to remeber I pay for it regardless of wether or not i eat it all, LOL...

main question do the people that work there help get ya started and
tell ya or give ya an ideal on what and how long to do the machines
for?I haven't been to one and I am so darn nervous cuz I am a rookie
and afraid I will get in there and not know what to start with and how
long ect? Have a nice day Tammy:)

The gym is great and I really like it. But they don't do aanything extra unless you wanna pay more!;) I ask people who are working out. They are very nice and helpful. Like today a woman told me she is gonna pay a personal trainer to get her going. Cool idea but too darn expencive for me, so she said after he's done with her she'll gio through it with me!:D Totally cool. But just ask the people who go there they are helpful and know what to do! Hope that helps!!:)

6 low sodium crackers
