Thanks DQ! I feel so much better today! I think it was that nagging headache. I got in my 30 min. workout for this morning and I'm feeling like I can take on the world today!
 
Ate at McDonald's (thanks to kids) Had a sm ch burger and just a few ff, not even enough for a small ff. So I'm saying 10 WW

tHANKS m2m! i DIDN'T EAT ALL THE SMALL FF THOUGH! i REALLY DID FAIRLY WELL. i HAD MAYBE 10 FF. SUNDAY NOW AND I'M TIRED AND JUST WANT TO GO BACK TO BED. KIDS ARE UP THOUGH, NO GOING BACK TO BED! I'M OFF TO START BREAKFAST AND TRYING TO PLAN THE EREST OF OUR MEALS IN MY HEAD! lol SHOULD BE INTERESTING!
 
Mechelle, have you tried the WW online? I can't remember if you mentioned it. It has all sorts of neat, fast tools to use, including a recipe builder. You just add in all the ingredients included in a meal, and the amount of portions. It figures out the points for you.

By the way, good guess on the burger and fries; I entered the info M2M posted, and came up with 9 points for the burger and half the small fries!
 
I have done WW online, but we have a lot going on right now and I don't want the extra expense so I am just doing it on my own! I lost a lb. over the weekend 156!!! I'm happy. Just hoping to keep it off!

Breakfast: FRoot Loops 2 c. =4 WW 240 cal.
1% milk 1 c. = 2 WW 100 cal.
Total so far today= 6 WW 340 cal.
 
So far I am in lazy mode! i'm making myself function, but no effort is forth coming! LOL

Snack: Banana= WW 2 Cal. 109
Total So Far Today: WW 8 Cal. 449

I'm doing better now. I did my exercise, gave me alot more energy! Working on house work now. It'll probably take me the rest of the day! We are going out of town this weekend for a wedding I would like to be down at least one more lb. before I go. Two would be awesome! I'm down 4 lbs. since I joined this forum. Wanted to let everyone know you have helped me so much. i really feel I can make my goal of 137-140 by Jan. In time for mt 10th Ann. I want to surprise my husband and get back in my wedding dress! LOL I know sounds crazy. But I was so nice and skinny then that it's my goal to get back in that dress!! If I do I'll post pics of before and after!!

Got another round of exercise in. Hope to get one more before bed! Not a bad day, but went over my limit a little bit!
