I'm so trying to lose the butt with exercise!! LOL But I did get one more in making it atotal of 3 cardio workouts today! I feel really energised!(spelling?)
 
Thank you for the encouragement! it means alot to me to chat with you guys! Helps me keep going. I'm very tired today. My daughter got sick in the night. No vomitting or anything like that, but she likes company when she don't feel well! So I was awake alot more than I wanted to be!!:eek:

awww.. poor baby! Hopes she feels better soon. And keep up the good work, you are doing great!
 
My daughter is 7. She's feeling a lot better. Probably could've went to school, but kept her in just in case.

Lunch: Fried Potato ( with cooking spray) & veggies= WW 5 Cal. 250 (guess)

Got my first round of cardio in. I am feeling better. Shame on me I took a nap! I was just up too much last night. Missed Curves this morning. But I did some exercise anyway in it's place. I have 2 more to go through before I am finished for today! Wish me luck!!!
 
stopping by to offer my encouragement and see how your doing. Great job on the excersize and never put yourself down for needing a nap...naps are good, if your body says "sleep" never ignore it (unless your operating heavy equiptment...).
 
Thanks guys for dropping in . It is such a help! I' ve never had anyone really help me along before! My sister bless her heart tried. But it's depressing being around her. Sha'e already thin. So she'd diet with me but she was only doing for me not with me! Not the same to me. Even though I am glad for her support!

ooh, there's nothing better than waking up one morning and seeing that a pound's mysteriously melted away into oblivion.
And it's great that your sister's trying to help you out. The two of you dieting together is better for both of you than her eating fried stuff and fast food in front of you while you slowly chew on a celery stick :p
Sadly my sister and I are still at the sibling rivalry stage even though we should have grown out of it years ago, and the thought of her dieting with me is actually laughable.
