It looks like you're doing well and staying in range - there's NOTHING wrong with a 1300 calorie range day!

Thanks M2M 1 I need that once in a while! Most people I notice are doing 1200. I try but always go over by 100- 150. In WW they tell you can add 1 point to your daily intake per every 20 min. of moderate exrcise. So I'm trying to do an aeorbic video after every meal!:p
 
In my opinion, 1200 should be the barest minimum. And this is something I struggle with all the time. I'm often too low on my calories, and certainly too low for the amount of exercise I do - so it is a constant reminder to me that we need to eat to fuel our bodies appropriately.

:mad: Ok, I did a bad thing! I went to a baby shower and , I really was planning on doing good, but... I did eat a small piece of cake and a glass of punch. ANNNd I have to admit it was delicious!! But I came right home and did an aerobic video! Which was not pleasent, because I turned the air off for the fall and it warmed back up! It's 86 in here. And to exercise is awful. I'm sooo sweaty. Anyway I'm not figuring my little snack in for today! Don't have a clue what it would be , so I'll just write down dinner and pray that exercise will be enough to cover the other up!!:eek:

I have found that they have a good selection of foods and you can input what you have to track your calories. I'm sure there could be a guestimate of cake.

Good for you for doing the work out! It's not about deprivation, but about moderation AND exercise - you're doing both :)
