I went to Curves this morning! I've lost some inches, not a lot, but some.! That is good I think!
Breakfast: 1 c. Raisn Bran WW3 Cal. 190
(that's 1/2 my raisons! the rest I'll eat for snack)

Snack 1/8 c. Raisons WW 2 Cal. 93

Oooo! Losing inches is a great visual :) To be able to see exactly where you were and where you are is so motivating!!

BTW, have you taken before pictures? Chances are, you're going to want them when you reach your goal!
 
I have taken some pictures. I'll post some when I lose 10 lbs. And hopefully that will be by Halloween! I don't like pictures of myself though, so we don't have a lot!! LOL

( This is pretty well a gues. I got my calorie book out, but didn't measure the pork before I ate it! So I guessed and hopefully guessed a little high!)

I am having a munchy day. So I ate a small bowl of popcorn. I'm going to do my exercise soon. I've been putting it off. I'm cold so I'm all bundled up. I know I'll get warm when I get going. Any way just writing donw my snack. Trying to get in all my fruits and veggies everyday is hard!! To get all the colors in I mean!

I'm rather bummed today. I weighed in this morning and was not the 156 I was earlier this week. I weighed in at 157. Which is 1lb. lost from last week. Still I am very disappointed! I am eating

I am not feeling real good today. Got a head ache i can't seam to lose for nothing! Hard to stay on track! Hope it gets better....:confused:

thanks for the encouragement! I did not do too good today! But I did keep it under 1500 cal! That's something right? LOL
 
Some days just aren't good! that's how mine went. Nothing big happened. I didn't gain, no problems. Except maybe with my attitude! I had a nagging headache most of the day. I't gone now but it left me grumpy! I finished my water and have done 1 workout. I've been doing 3. I'm going to try to get in one more before bed. Well See! I'm still kind of bummed. I don't know why. Oh well. I'll check in tomorrow. Hopefully it will be better!
 
They still make twinkies? I didn't know that. I have a tshirt that says "I love twinkies." I almost got banned from Curves for wearing it to work out in. :p :p
I didn't know they still made them though, I LOVED those things as a kid! Hope you enjoyed it...lol. No really, every now and then you need to indulge because if you don't the cravings will eat you alive and you will REALLY over do it...take it from me. :eek:
 
Hey I got banned from curves too, but I think it was for a different reason lol.
hey no worries your going to have bad days, just hopefully they don't run very many days in a row...
 
Don't have time to day to count cal and WW so I'm just doing WW!
