BGS.... yeah... this week will be inaccurate more than likely because of the bloating (but what do I know..I'm just a dude :p) But you're doing awesome BGS.. Keep up the butt kicking in 07!!!
 
Thanks guys your all great! I got to the gym today. 30 min on ellptical trainer and 30 min on the treadmill. A grand total of 430 cals. I am getting better times. I am keeping this up and I really am expecting a nice drop by next week. I can feel it. It hasn't shown up on the scales, I can just feel it!:eek: Sounds crazy huh?:p

Wow what a workout my leggs hurt already! The eliptical and
treadmill in the same day geeesh lol! No it doesn't sound crazy the scale is going to do ya good on weigh inn day!Have a gr8 Monday,Tammy:)
 
I am feeling pretty good about today. I am determined to make a budge on the scale. I think it's happening. So I am still going strong today!!:D

yea they will shred everything off of you. If I'm not working at tax time I'm either buying one or just paying cash for a yearly gym membership.....
 
They do! I just go to the gym. My hubby would have a heart attack the price of one of those!!:D

Hey Girly, I bought one off of Craigs List for $40.00 almost brand spankin new...the cardboard is still around the bottom of it and the vids un opened and un-used - she used it a handful times and that was it...I was so excited but it isnt easy to use...I used it for 35 mins burnt 400 cals and was huffin and puffin and sweating like crazzzy!!!

Hey BGS, I saw on HBs diary that you eat alot of venison... My husband is an avid deer hunter. Do you have any good recipe's for the steaks, chops, or roasts?

Hey BGS, I saw on HBs diary that you eat alot of venison... My husband is an avid deer hunter. Do you have any good recipe's for the steaks, chops, or roasts?

I put roast in crock pot with water, on Lipton onion soup mix and a whole onion. Put carrots and potatos around it and there's a meal. Steaks i put in a stainless skillet with a little water and onion,Lawry's seasoning and Lemon pepper. Sometimes with veggies around it, sometimes not.Then I slow cook it for an hour or so, so that it is tender. Hope that helps you out. Oh and you can chicken fry it too. I don't do that often because of my diet.
 
My aunt told me a yummy easy way to make boneless porkchops
and I am assuming chicken breast to but put a little water in a crock
pot and find some lower fat bar b que sauce and add the porchops and
they are so tender and yummy. Tammy
