I went ot the gym today. I burned a grand total of 417 cals!! :eek: I thought that was pretty goo9d anyway! I know some of you do more but hey I am trying!!!!!!:p

Nice workout Mechelle, keep that momentum tilted your way. The rebounds in weight loss can be so hard to overcome - especially when you're not feeling well :( Glad to see back on the horse again :)
 
Michelle it could be your too close to your maintenance calorie mark or mother nature could just be pissy.

Go here and put in your stats and it'll tell you how many calories to take in to stay at the same weight you are now and go from there.

If your calories are too low it will do the same thing and stop the weight loss.

I've missed seeing you! Thanks for always stopping by my place while I was AWOL!

There can be a lot of reasons you're not losing right now in the mist of being so good! Have you taken your measurements lately? Sometimes that can show a HUGE difference when the scales aren't moving!
 
We are staying in because of the colds. We are better and want to continue to get that way! Doing ok. Haven't counted cals, but think I did ok!!:eek:
 
Sorry you've caught a cold hun....glad your doing better though..its a rough time of year for that.

Anyways, thanks for supporting me, and everyone for that matter, in our diaries :)
 
Slowly but surely we are getting over this junk! :p I didn't lose good for my challenge. Sometime this week is my TOM (pms!!:eek: ) So I am doing the usual bloating. Bummer I have to do my weigh in today. Maybe next week will be better!!:rolleyes:
 
look how far you've come -- and you don't have far to go....be proud of your accomplishments and worry about next weeks weigh in - next week :D Just keep doing what you've been doing
