I did 20 min on the treadmill and plan doing a walk away the lbs video. I don't feel good enough to be too active . I also need to get all my watre down!!:D
 
I wouldnt worry too much abt the pizza, you've hardly eaten today...it should all balance out...if you need to eat latta just make it be light and healthy...
 
How about a piece of cake, cottage chhese and oineapple. I totaled the cals and came up with 1483. (Actually I got on sparkpeople and they calculated it!) It was all thin crst pizza. And vegies. But I did 20 min on treadmill at a fast clip almost jogging. So hopefully I burned some off. Still working on the water, But I WILL get it all done before bed!!:D
 
I am feeling a little bit better today. I have abunch of stuff in my sinus's and it's loose and getting rid of it self. I slept better and I think I'm not as grumpy!:eek:
 
I know how that sinus crap feels!! I sure am glad you're starting to feel better. I need to take a sinus decongestant now...pressure is kicking my butt.

Uggg! I hate this stuff! I am glad it is loosening up. I am sorry to hear you've been having that kind of trouble as well. Get well soon!:)

Mornin' Mechelle! I really hope your sinus clears up today. How's the WW coming?

I've just been counting cals for a little while. It is slow for me but I am hoping that the New Year challenge will help me see some new results! Can't complain though, cause no gain!!!

I went ot the gym today. I burned a grand total of 417 cals!! :eek: I thought that was pretty goo9d anyway! I know some of you do more but hey I am trying!!!!!!:p
