I went to the gym last night and it kicked my freaking ass!!

I've been getting a plan together with Steve the last couple of days and I started to put into effect our discussions until I get his awesome laid out routine from him...
I did all the following excersises for 45 min:
Leg Press
1st set: 20 reps at 155 weight
2nd set: 15 reps at 175 weight
3rd set: 10 reps at 195 weight
Calf raises on the leg press:
Same sets as above
Seated Rows
1st set: 10 reps at 100 weight
2nd set: 10 reps at 90 weight
3rd set: 6 reps at 80 weight
Hip Adductor:
1st set: 20 reps at 60 weight
2nd set: 15 reps at 70 weight
3rd set: 15 reps at 80 weight
4th set: 15 reps at 80 weight
5th set: 15 reps at 70 weight
6th set: 10 reps at 60 weight
Tricep Pushdown Machine
1st set: 10 reps at 50 weight
2nd set: 10 reps at 60 weight
3rd set: 6 reps at 70 weight
Wall Sits
3 sets at 40 sec each (killed me!!)
Plank
3 sets at 1 min each (killed me!!)
and to finish up I did 10 min on the Cybex machine.
I am so freaking sore today!

I think tonights workout is going to be a run with the dogs to loosen up these tight muscles. My back hurts the worst from the seated rows. Obviously, those aren't very strong.
Today so far, I have only had a Power Jamba Juice, Mega Mango with Energy and Soy Protein. So, not so good yet on food but I'll eat some substance later when I get home.
On a side note, I am so happy we didn't end up buying a new truck this week.

I was so stressed out at the thought of a bigger payment and I'm glad my husband decided not to do it. We want to be able to buy a bigger house within in the next 18 months, I would rather have the extra money going to a mortgage.
