Hey that's cool. I didn't know you were into cars so much. Drag racing has been one of my biggest addictions since 1999. I used to hang out with a bunch of Toyota Supra owners who did all of those things you mentioned. I had a Camaro Z28 though. It was a '99 model with a six speed. I slowly added headers, exhaust and nitrous. I sold it in 2002 and bought an '02 Z28 with an automatic. It does not have nitrous yet but it is much faster than my '99 was. I have done quite a bit to it so I don't drive it on the street very often. It is mostly a drag car. Last November 1st was the last time I took it out. It did a big wheelie and drug the rear bumper that day. I am anxious to get it out again soon. Just been too focused on this whole getting fit thing. :D

That is so cool! Supras are sweet... and I love Camaros!! Wow, nitrous..... you are the man! I would love to have seen a video of you dragging your bumper... not fun to fix, but would have awesome to see. In the summer, we actually have the Midnight Drags every Friday night out at this place called Rocky Mountain Raceway. All these kids bring out their cars, all types, and race. The radio stations are always there and it's a good way to get speed demons off the streets. I haven't had the guts to go out there but my husband keeps trying to talk me into it. I mean, my car is only pushing 250 hp, which is good, but not that much. Also, starting in July, we have the Diesel Drags, which my husband wants to do as well, because our F-350 is prettty fast. He has spent thousands and thousands on his truck. :coolgleamA: I guess that's one way we spend our money, since we don't have kids...

AAAHAHAH!! I love it! That is seriously so frickin' sweet! You are seriously like almost vertical! Oh, I love the slick wheels you got going on. Dang. I'll have to show the hubs when I get home. :hurray::hurray:

OH yeah, that video worked! It was so sweet... 10 sec quarter mile... nicccce! I know! I figure 4 more months, hopefully, and I will be there. Of course that is me in the avatar! I need to put pics up again and you can see my sweet bike. My husband has a black one and now we are salivating at the thought of getting a Polaris Razor. They are so sweet!
 
Top o' the mornin' to ya!

Hello Peeps!

I had a helluva weekend going to the dunes! It was so much fun and I am EXTREMELY sore. Oh man... my back, arms and legs are so sore from riding through the woops and climbing the hills. We went with our friends home from school in Jersey and it was good to spend some quality time with them.

Sunday was Father's Day and it was ok. I haven't spoken to my real Dad in a year and a half and so we just went over the hubby's parents house and said "hey", then pretty much left. He didn't seem to care that we came to see him and he would rather watch golf. Didn't really pay attention to us, but no biggie, I just called my Mom and told her happy father's day.

Weight wise, I need to step it up this week. I haven't lost anything for a week so I need to change things up a little bit. I've decided to do 4 days of low carb, them fuel up on the weekends and see how that confuses my body. I'm back to the gym tonight and I am excited to get some good cardio and lifting in.

isnt it so weird how our bodies crave cardio after a day or two? I find that totally strange.. esp me being one who use to HATE any cardio activity!!! hehe.


I gotta step it up this week too.... im excited to get back on the horse... ate lots of junk yesterday.. too many festivities between fathers day and baptisim parties hehe


keep up the good work though girl... you are very close your your goal of 145!!! :hurray:

I ate junk too.... had a ranch burger and cheese fries on friday :puke:.... yikes, I'm surprised I didn't gain anything....

Thanks sweetie! I'm hoping to be there sooner rather than later....I didn't get a chance to post any pics, but I will tomorrow for sure! :hurray:

No big deal, have a good week and hopefully by Friday or Saturday you will be at a new low!
 
Yesssss!!!

Today, I woke up as usual, dropped all the clothing and weighed myself.... yes, people you are reading my numbers right.... 157.5!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!! :party: :party:I'm not sure exactly what prompted my body all of the sudden because I sersiously thought this rest of this week would be working against me.... can we say TOM???

Anywho, my food intake wasn't the best yesterday:

Breakfast:
Yogurt
Lunch:
Apple
Cup of Noodles
Snack:
Wheat Thins
Dinner:
Cobb Salad with Raspberry, Strawberry and Mango Protein Shake, Yum! :drool5:

I also had an amazing workout yesterday. It was around 77 degrees, so I decided to take advantage of the nice weather and the take the dog for a walk around our awesome trails! I grabbed the camelback, leash, ipod and the right attire and headed out. A good 45 minutes of a decent trail was heart pumping and my legs and bottoms of my feet are sore today... All in all, I'm so excited to keep dropping the weight!

Ok and it's official! I am going to post pics TONIGHT! Maybe some with the pup! I'm so close to my goal!! Only 12.5 pounds to go!! :coolgleamA:

Oh my gosh! Look at you! You look great and YES you certainly can see that you've lost at least 30 pounds. Congratulations, great job!
 
Seriously, you look awesome. I am very impressed. Pretty face, pretty smile, pretty hair, sexy curves, tall and yes, leaner. I nominate you for WLF woman of the week. :D
