Back... with a Vengeance!

So it's Thursday now and I still havn't gotten a good night's rest :(
Oh how I would love to just go back to bed and snuggle up and do nothing all day, but I won't let myself!!
I have 3 rest days this week (not gonna do treadmill tomorrow probably)... so one more day of exercising isn't going to kill me to do!
If I still feel tired afterwards... I'll just go lay down then.
But not before I do my exercises. *nodnodnod*

It may just be wishful thinking, but I think I can see some results already.
Specially in my legs. My thighs look smaller to me.
Also yesterday bf said my butt felt tighter :eek: That just sounds so bad when I say it like that :p

It probably is just wishful thinking, but I know if I keep this up, it will be fact! I can't let myself down now just b/c I'm a little tired :)
 
I forgot to report back when I was done exercising! Bad me!
So I got some of the moves down better this time, but I still need alot of work.
Also.. for some reason the power decided to finally shut off as I was afraid it would when on the treadmill. Think it was b/c I had the tv on since I started exercising a bit later than norm. But when I flipped the switch and power came back on.. I was able to finish up my treadmill walk no problem.

I've already eaten about 1200-1400 calories today so I need to be careful with whatever my snack is gonna be. I'll probably just cut me up a cucumber so it shouldn't be a problem :)

I hope everyone is having a great day so far! AS for me! I'm off to lay my lazy butt down! hehe
 
YAY u on the exercise! I've to drag myself to the gym later I think.

Got it last night and saw a cute churchmate while in the supermarket. We were both so tired we almost missed each other. But haha he had more energy than me. Stopped and stared at me for a while to see if he got the right person. I was wondering who's so irritating to block my way hahah.:p

I wish I've more rest days. The busy season is killing my brains. And just received email that our Taiwan office is closed for public holidays from the 6th to 10th?!?!?!?!??! My weekend seem so short now. Maybe I shd move there.:p

Heh yeah.... It was all good though. Plugged the tv into another part of the house so I can have it on now and hopefully treadmill won't cause the power to go out again :p hehe


I'm having a bad moment right now! I'm giving in to one of my cravings.
I'm having myself a cup of coffee (decaff) with extra cream!
I haven't had coffee in gosh... probably 6months and just had the sudden urge to have a cup.

So with this... my calorie count for the day is around 1600-1800... probably lower but I always round up just in case.

I'll probably get on the treadmill again tomorrow, but that depends how lazy I'm feeling hehe.

Next week is going to be hard for me though.
BF is on vacation all week long. And it's going to be the worst/perfect oppurtunity for me to slack off b/c I don't want to work out in front of him, or we go somewhere, or whatever other excuses might come up.
I keep telling him though that I NEED to do my exercises, so hopefully he'll remember to leave me alone for that hour a day heh
 
I'm sure your butt is looking fabulous because your butt has been working very hard!! Keep up the great work.

... you'll just have to remind the bf that if he wants you to keep the yummy butt that he will have to let you do your exercises.
 
Speaking of butts... i was wondering how come African ladies hv such tuff nice butt? The volunteer who comes into my office is abit plump but she's got such great nice butts! Same too for the Nigeria staff who left last year. I WONDER WHY......:confused:

Get yr bf to be your cheerleader for an hour each day..... get those poms poms lol.
 
Lol... He has been cheering me on. But he wants us to paint the house next week. And even though that's gonna be a workout by itself.. I still want to do my own so I can get more coordinated.. ya know?
I'm afraid I'm gonna just find some stupid lame reason not to do my exercises.

Pinky.. I have no idea why alot of black women have that nice plump butt heh. Probably alot to do with genetics and all that mess... *shrugs*
I have no idea why my butt turned out the way it did though.
My mom has no butt, my dad has no butt.. but mine is a freaking tabletop bubble butt :p lol I mean yeah I'm fat and all, but ever since puberty hit, my butt has just grown and grown and grown. heh...
 
Welp, no exercises for me today!
I slept in and it was glorious!!! With my tossing and turning all week. It was SO nice to just sleep and sleep well.

2 more days of rest though..... I'm gonna have to seriously watch what I'm eating.

I did really well on dinner (went out for Chinese), BUT I had a milkshake for dessert (which I don't have often at all).
So calorie count for today is about 1400-1800.
Big margin there b/c not sure how much everything added up to.
I'm still watching what I eat though which is a HUGE improvement for me! Before on my rest days, I'd totally binge on whatever I could get my hands on. But not anymore!

Good for u! It does get easier as we hang in there long enuf. This site helps alot too!

Damn.... u making me feel like sleeping again. lol:p
 
Oh I'm a sleep-a-holic. Yeah I do stay up late (it's 5:30am right now).... BUT if I could sleep ALL day and all night I would.
I love just snuggling up in bed and snoozing... specially when it starts getting cold out and you're all warm under the blankets.....*yawn*
I really need to be going to sleep now hehe
 
Gosh It feels like I haven't exercised in forever!
I really doubt I'm gonna lose any weight this week. Maybe I've lost inches though. I feel like some parts of me are smaller heh.. like my thighs.
But as for weight.... hmm... I don't feel like I lost.
It's a bit disheartening, but I know if the inches come off, the weight will soon follow :) I just have to keep at it! :D
 
That's great! I'd rather lose inches than pounds :D

And yes, i can totally understand being a sleepaholic, i need 10 hours of sleep every night :D
 
keep up the exercise! dun stop!

i tot i lose inches only this week since my muscles are bulkin up. but the weight went down too! so keep exercising. the fats will surrender sooner or later:p
 
Man seriously, watch the shakes. I used to be all, "but I don't have them often" and then I checked out the nutritional info on them and it's not good. Especially considering that I had a lot of things what I "didn't have often" that added up to only like 3 major cheats a week, which totally negated all of my hard work. Man.

Anyways, good work and keep it up!

Come on, girl. Stop doubting yourself. You know that if you are doing TJ your muscles are changing, and therefore, you may not show a lb. loss, but the physique is changing, not to mention dropping inches.

You can do it! Don't give up, and keep pressing play!

Just keep plugging away at it - it'd be nice if all the hard work showed results in an even pattern, same amount every day/week! The up-down, plateaus, and sudden drops wreak HAVOC with psychological stability!!
 
Just keep up the great work, the success will just be that much sweeter when you finally get there!!
