Strength Training
TUESDAY
Warmup: 70 jumping jacks
Upper: 1 set, 12 reps, 8 lb weight - *lateral raise, bicep curl, shoulder press, *tricep kickbacks - did not alternate, did all on one side, then the other. 14 modified pushups
Core: *40 seconds - plank, 25 crunches
Lower: 1 set, did not do abduction and adduction, 15 reps - *walking lunges
*Did some of these this morning. Started last night but got sidetracked in the middle of it putting kids down and never finished. Did the crunches yesterday morning after my run. So I guess last night all I did was the jumping jacks, bicep curl, shoulder press and pushups. Oh well, those are my favorites anyway. That's probably why I did them first.
Plank is getting easier.
