Back again......hopefully for longer this time!!!

If you boil loosing weight down, it takes 3 things: healthy eating, light exercise and will power.
Just think about these three things in your head everyday and it might help.

Think I might have spag bol or a salad for tea, leaning more towards the spag bol atm though.
 
Not posted on here for a few weeks, still going strong.

Down to 410 now, hit my century last week, what was great.
 
Well alot has happened since I last updated this, my mum went into hospital with a brain tumour but thankfully it was Benign and after over 6 week in hospital she is now at home making a recovery.


On the food wise I have been on track still and even during that stressful time I managed to lose each week I'm now down to 369.
