Back again......hopefully for longer this time!!!

Well done on your 73 pound weight loss so far. Thats an enormous amount and you should be bloody proud of yourself :D

Has your knee got any better? x

Cheers :) it's a great start, still a long way to go tho and not going to fool myself into thinking these big losses will continue, but while they do I'll take them :)

Yes my knee has got a little better, think the cod liver oil pills have helped, although it still grinds when walking down stairs etc

Well think I have gone a little overboard with the swimming today, done a extra 50 to make 150 for the day and I'm already aching, going to go back to 100 for the rest of the time here

The pool is 9 meters long taking a meter off for the steps at the end that's about 1.2 km swam today I think :)

Don't push yourself too hard, you might do extra that day, but you won't e able to exercise without pain for days after, so its counter-productive. This, from me who used to do it all the time haha. Hmmmm.

Glad your knees improved, have you got a knee support? Like this...
The bandage type ones aren't that good, but the posh ones work apparently.

Think I may look into a proper support when I get back to England.

My back in killing today, deffo over did the swimming :(

Went to Gib today and had a treat meal, had chicken and BBQ sauce and chips, but was good for starter, I had soup and no pudding.

Another 100 lengths done, but had fried eggs and beans on toast, and had bangers and mash other day

But done a fair few lengths this week so still hoping for a loss on monday, only problem were having a BBQ tommorow

Well had the BBQ and ate 4 chicken drumsticks and 2 hotdogs so not to bad

Did 54 lengths in pool before and 96 after so another 150, so going to ache in morning

I'll be happy with just not gaining this week

As next week driving home isn't going to be great living out of garages for a week!

Well lost 3 pounds this week, what I'm pleased about :)

This next week will be tough as no swimming or anything as driving for a week, but shall take cereal still and bread and make sani at dinner, so it's just evening meal I have to worry about really!

I hope you manage alright on that long drive home! Would it be possible for you to get a gas stove so that for the first few evenings you could reheat some stuff from frozen from an icebox? It might not be worth it if you don't do the ride often, but there is literally nothing healthy in gas stations.

Still on the road but at Calais, crossing is tomorrow, got my scales out at hotel this morning and was surprised to see a 7 pound loss, I think it must be quite abit of water weight gone as I never drank alot yesterday due to not finding a garage open for over 300 mile, good job I had a full tank, had a couple take outs in last week and having chippy Tommorow night as not had it for 3 months! Then it's back on track, I wouldn't be surprised to see a gain next week as back to eating normal and normal water intake.

Overall I'm over the moon with the weight loss so far and the trip to Spain for last 3 months has given me a massive boost, just need to keep it up at home!

Got up and went straight round the block, was a lot easier than the time I went round three month ago, think I might go round later on as well, not sure yet, as don't want to knacker my knee up

Got up and went straight round the block, then tonight went and bought a new exercise bike, done 15 mins, 5.6 kilometres. Also picked up a powerball, and after messing around with it for a while got it upto 8k rpm and can feel it in my forearms
