Back again......hopefully for longer this time!!!

So been round the block and done 15.30 mins on bike 5.7 k and also picked some weights up yesterday so used them this afternoon as well.

Going to change exercise round tho and :-

Bike when i get up - monday to friday.
weights every other day in afternoon - monday, wednesday, friday.
Walk dog round block at night.

On the downside my back is hurting [hurt before I did weights] and have a massive headache, its killing, so hopefully that goes away and don't come back all the time like I used to get them.

Pleased with how I have stuck to it since being back and not gone off like before.

So weigh in day and lost a modest 2 pound, I was abit apprehensive about this weigh in after last weeks big loss

Done Bike, 15 mins 5.6k
Done weights 10 squats with barbel about 50 pound and 10 bench press
dumbells about 20 pounds 10 normal lifts and holding them down them lifting them shoulder hight then another 10 normal
Then 25 star jumps, first time I have done these and they are a killer lol
Will walk dog round block later

Going to have a nice stir fry for tea

Just hope to see some results of it on monday as its the first full week back and bit worried might not lose, if I don't might have to jump back in car and drive to Spain again lol :)

15 mins on bike, 5.5k, sacking the star jumps off for time being, don't think there doing my knees any favours.
 
Yesterday and today I have done a longer walk, a walk I used to do years ago, but only just been able to attempt it whats nice.

Here's hoping to a decent weigh in tomorrow as I've done a fair bit of exercise and ate well apart from one treat meal.
 
Weigh in day - down 3 pound, what is fine by me :)

I surpose being 88 pound into my weight loss journey, I'm not going to lose the big 5-7 pound losses each week, and while they were great while they lasted it's time to adapt to 1-3 pound losses on a more frequent basis.

I'm well on my way of my goal of reaching under 400 pound by the end of the year, what's great.

My BMI is still over 50 and to high obviously but it's gone down over 10 in the 5 months I have been doing this, what is also great.

Walk done and walked round a garden centre.

Now the bad part. I had my treat meal early this week and had it tonight on weigh day, what's not to bad as long as I don't have any more treats this week, but still it was only four days ago I had it last.

When I was in Spain chippys were not around and I didn't miss them but I've only been back two weeks and have had chippy three times now, but at the same time I am loosing weight still but it maybe could be better without the chip shop food.

For the next month or so I am not having any more chippys.

So I did 5 mins extra on bike to make it 20 mins and I can honestly not remember the last time I was able to do 20 mins :)



So quick revision of exercise

monday, Wednesday, Friday -
Bike 15 mins.
Weights - 10 shoulder lifts, 10 bench press, 10 squats, Then with dumbells 10 pec fly, 10 side lifts, 10 curls.
Walk round block [about half a mile]

Tuesday, Thursday -
Bike 20 mins
Walk round block

Saturday, Sunday -
Walk round longer walk [about a mile]

Really getting into the new regime, but need to be in bed at 1am and asleep by 2am, as It's been 2am getting sleep about 3am apart from that things are great ATM.

Had darts last night for the first time in about four months, and it was alot easier, as before I was that unfit I could hardly stand up long enough to play.

Just looked through my old thread and took the mesurments from there
Neck: 21
Chest: 68
Stomach: 70
Thighs: (L, R) 37 35
Upper Arm: (L, R) 17 1/2 18 1/2

and I would of been more than them as I was hevier this time, anyway just redone them and ATM they are

Neck: 18
Chest: 61
Stomach: 63
Thighs: (L, R) 30 - 29
Upper Arm: (L, R) 15.1/2 - 17


So a total of 33 and half inches in total.
