Im eating my Fruit Salad! It cost me $5 though! Rip-off!

I felt like a beached whale at the pool on Sunday. Even though I am a small person, I felt huge. I have love handles and my gut pokes out and rolls.

I think I might consider getting a personal trainer after Christmas, I really cant afford it right now though. My boyfriend does body building, but he cant come into my gym which sucks.

Wednesday: Cycle 10km

I went to Al's last night instead of going to the gym, he has his last year 12 exam on Friday - Geography - and I helped him study. Didn't stay the night though. I didnt have a great dinner last night - I had a couple of pieces of pasta and a little bit of carrot cake - HAHA

Food Today:
Breakfast: Cheerios and Milk
Lunch: 2 Omelet Sushi Rolls w/ Soy Sauce
Dinner: TBA
Snacks: Handful Potato Chips, 1 Chicken Medallion, 6 Wrapped lollies

Exercise Today:
Cycle 10km

I bought Al a Billionaire Boys Club hoodie off ebay, the diamonds and dollars in white.... not sure how authentic it is, but i've looked at the 'how to spot a fake' reviews and it looks real enough, its not from overseas either.
So I think i might also get him a tshirt and a teddy hehe. He hates teddys but i love them, so he shall get what he is given...

So that leaves... 2 brothers, Al's parents.. and thats it! I thought about getting the 3 girls who I work closest with a present as well. But im not sure what!

Hey austin,

Sounds like you've been pretty busy. I also have some clothes to list on ebay and try to sell. They absolutely don't fit me anymore, and I think I can make some more money from selling them. I have also bought a lot of clothes of ebay. I'm just really careful about who and where I buy the clothing from but, haven't really had any bad experiences yet...

I totally recommend getting a personal trainer. I think it has made the difference for me. I had a ton of weight to lose though, and still have a waze to go. It's a good investment if you make the most of it, imo.

Thanks for the advice Sam! Im definatly going to get some personal training sessions in the new year, with Christmas and saving for a holiday things are tight - and sessions are around $50 each!

I'm always a bit iffy about buying stuff on ebay... im always scared things wont come! The first thing I bought off ebay never came - and i payed $100 for it! So disapointing.

ANYWAY. I'm feeling a little... under the weather... spiritually? I am at a weird place in my life where I have left my old religion and don't know where else to go. I need some spiritual healing, so im going to make some contributions to the world, and my life as well. That prob made no sense to anyone!

Number 1.
Im going to be riding to work and back each day (Friday's I will walk)
This will a) help the environment b) help my bank balance c) help my weight loss

Number 2.
I will keep my showers under 2 minutes long - Environment

Number 3.
I shall take reusable bags to the supermarket - Environment

Number 4.
I shall do some charity work, not sure what but I will - Society

Number 5.
I will SMILE to at least 2 strangers every day. I know when people do that to me it can make my day - Society

Number 6.
I will try not to fight so much with my brother, it really gets my parents worked up - Family

Number 7.
I'm going to try to think thin! Im going to think happy - Me!

Number 8.
Buy more recycled items - Environment, Society, Charity

*2 Days Till The Federal Election*

Last night I didn't go very well with food. I had a steak 6" sub with chipotle sauce, 1/2 a mars bar, and some lollies! Argh!

Oh well.. Im not going to punish myself. I am pretty sure I stayed within my calorie limits anyway.

Food:
Brekky: Bowl of Cheerios with Milk
Lunch: Small Butter Chicken with Rice (ate about 2/3rds of it)
Dinner: TBA
Snacks: TBA

Exercise:
40 Minute Walk to Work
40 Minute Walk back Home
Resistance Training at Gym

I might pop over to the stickies and read the lifting guide, I really need to get some good ideas for the gym. However, the males like dominate the free weights area - and just sit there looking at themselves. So its hard to get a chance to use them!

Had lunch... soooooooo yummy!
The thing is... if I eat a big lunch I dont get hungry through out the afternoon, so I don't snack. I had butter chicken with rice, not so great I know but it was a treat!

I have bought 4 things off ebay recently, one I have received, 2 i should have gotten yesterday and one which probably wont come for a week or so. Im getting so pissed off cause I payed extra for express post, some people are just slack.

I have my Christmas Party coming up on the 6 December. And I am wearing a dress I bought off ebay - but it's a little too big! So there is 2 weeks until the Christmas party! I would like to be 56.0kg by then. I don't think I am going to bother taking the dress in... it's just a little too big around the waist. Its really pretty its light pink, kinda see through-ee-ish (but has lining under it) and is a V neck and comes down pretty low, there is a black bow around the waist and kinda flares out a little bit, and sits a bit above the knee. It has a black lining with lace around the neckline. Really pretty! I dont think I am going to wear a bra with it because its kind of an open back, i'll have to get some of that tape stuff!

And shoes! Argh what shoes am I going to wear with it! I don't really want to wear black.. maybe silver? that could work. I think pink would be a bit too much. I have these peep toe black flats with a bow that would look nice...

Im going to the gym tonight. I should get home ta 6:20pm, have dinner and head off at 7pm, walk up, get there at 7:15pm, Do weight routine for 30 minutes and then walk home, get home at 8pm.
SOUNDS LIKE A PLAN :smash:

I have a big pimple on my head though grrrrr.... hate pimples!

Last Weeks Weigh In: 57.7kg
Loss of 0.4kg

So that's OK I suppose. I would be happy losing that much every week, its one pound by the way.

Bike riding is going good! I don't think I am going to get a padded seat, my bum is getting used to it.

QUESTION: Are my thighs and calves going to get massive if I cycle for an hour every day? They'd only get really muscly if I was eating more than maintenance right?

Eugh, I had a shitty weekend. On Saturday I was supposed to go to the pool but my friends were all too hungover. Then I went to a Hens Party which was pretty fun actually, went and voted, then went over to my boyfriends house. We had a little fight, but we worked it out as always - its funny how close we get after a fight - maybe thats why we fight so much? To feel that closeness. Then watched Notting Hill, didnt get to bed until midnight, woke up feeling extremely tired. Went Home. Layed arounda ll day doing nothing, put up the Christmas Tree, watched endless episodes of the OC and Scrubs. Watched Australian Idol, went to bed!

AAAAAAND. I have these little lumps at the back of my tongue. I have no idea why, so Im going to the doctor today. And I have been feeling REALLY shit, soooo tired and lethargic and my throat HAS been sore but its ok now.

GOOD NEWS!
I dropped 0.5kg!
I am now 56.8kg!! Wooo!

Now... this next part is me sorting out my week... :driving: vrooooooom!

I bought a new dress yesterday! Was an AU8, but really needed a 6, but they didn't have one. I bought it though, so pretty. Its this silk slip type dress, with lacy bits on it. Just above the knee, white. Im wearing it today with black leggings, and silver flats.

I think I love Chili.
Like... canned 'dynamite hot' stagg chili

Didnt weigh in today, drank a massive amount of liquids last night and hadn't had any bowel movements for a day or so, so I knew it wouldnt be correct. Going to weigh in tomorrow.

Im not going to pay so much attention to the scale (i dont already) cause I know this bike riding is doing me good, and it prob wont show on the scale.

I think I love Chili.

Now that it is getting colder I have started making chili weekly. The recipe from Gourmet Nutrition is excellent! Healthy as well.

QUESTION: Are my thighs and calves going to get massive if I cycle for an hour every day? They'd only get really muscly if I was eating more than maintenance right?

You'll be fine. You definitely see some muscle tone, but you wont become a shemale.

UPDATE:
Its really pretty its light pink, kinda see through-ee-ish (but has lining under it) and is a V neck and comes down pretty low, there is a black bow around the waist and kinda flares out a little bit, and sits a bit above the knee. It has a black lining with lace around the neckline. Really pretty! I dont think I am going to wear a bra with it because its kind of an open back, i'll have to get some of that tape stuff!

They do like to hit the biceps and then flex thats for sure. A good site is ExRx (Exercise Prescription) on the Net for videos on what you may need. Stick to compound lifts if you can and lift heavy, not 2lbs.

I really have to get back to the gym and start doing some weights, i've really been lacking motivation lately. That link should help a lot!

ARGH. Back at work. had a pretty exciting weekend.
Yesterday I went to the pool with a friend but i got SO burnt :( I didnt keep reapplying suncreen! So ouchies it hurts.

On Saturday I went and bought a new digital camera! I took some photos but forgot to upload them! I'll put them on another day, im soooo getting abs lol.

It seems that recently I havent been losing weight but it looks like I have. In photos I definatly seem smaller, even though I was about the same weight in both of them.

Up & Go's make me feel sick blerrghhh :ack2:

Argh... got through the day OK
Im majorly hungry though, although I really want to stick to my calories.

I am reducing them to 1200 a day just until Thursday. So that allows 450calories for dinner and a snack.

I am going to take appetite suppresants tomorrow, sometimes I take them, sporadically though. I know your not supposed to blah blah blah doesnt help with long term weight loss, but If I have a good couple of days maybe I can shift this weight. I have been this weight and it is getting kinda annoying. For the past 2 weeks I have been almost perfect (eating around 1500kj a day, some high some low but on average 1500 a week), riding my bike to and from work every day. I do feel thinner though, and I dont rely completly on the scale. See how we go.

ARGH soooo hungry today!
I got to work and just didn't feel like anything, yet I was so hungry. So I went and grabbed an OJ. I just felt like I couldn't stomach actual food, and i'm really not feeling too great at the moment.
Don't really have to do anything... might go into Sportsgirl and get a pair of gold earrings to wear to the Xmas Party, and of course get my FAVE FOOD EVER vegetarian sushi roll yummmmmmmmmmmm....

Im feeling really good about myself today! My burn has turned to a browny goodness, so my tan is making me feel thinner hehe.

Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Im thinking of getting 2 sushi rolls for lunch, the tuna and cruskits were kinda only a snack, and i'll need the energy to ride home.

Im going out to dinner tomorrow night, for my boyfriend and I's 18 Month Anniversary, we're going to an Italian restaurant but they do a great caesar salad (yes I know that they're probably worse than the pizza) but I hardly ever go out, and its just soooooo yummy.
