UPDATE:
Im eating my Fruit Salad! It cost me $5 though! Rip-off!
I felt like a beached whale at the pool on Sunday. Even though I am a small person, I felt huge. I have love handles and my gut pokes out and rolls.
TONIGHT!
I'm off to the gym tonight!
PLAN:
3 x 12 Reps Bicep Curl 4kg
3 x 12 Reps Tricep Curl 4kg
3 x 12 Reps 'something else' 4kg
3 x 12 Reps Machines (shoulders, chest, legs, arms)
3 x 15 Reps Ab Exercises
I think I might consider getting a personal trainer after Christmas, I really cant afford it right now though. My boyfriend does body building, but he cant come into my gym which sucks.

Monday: Cycle 10km - COMPLETED
Tuesday: Cycle 10km/Resistance Training
Wednesday: Cycle 10km
Thursday: Cycle 10km/Resistance Training
Friday: Fast Walking 100minutes
Saturday: Fun Exercise/Resistance Training
Sunday: Fun Exercise
