Austin Is Getting Ready For Summer!

UPDATE #2:
Woooo i'm not hungry!
I had two sushi hand rolls for lunch today, I was positivly STARVING!
Lol.
Went into town, couldn't find earrings for my Christmas Party, I think I have some ones I could use at home. I actually found a pair of my diamond earrings in my desk drawer! They are gold aswell so will go nicely with my dress!

Went into a few clothes stores, didn't find anything I liked really..

TONIGHT'S PLAN:
1. Ride Bike Home
2. Have Snack
3. 20 Minutes X Trainer
4. 20 Minutes Interval (6km/hour, 9km/hour, 11km/hour)
5. 30 Minute Walk with a friend
6. Dinner
 
I was good ALLL yesterday until I came home from work, I had:
A MASSIVE serving of butter chicken and rice
1/2 a packet of BBQ shapes (which i purged later :( )
1 Nutrigrain Bar
Serving of Potato Chips

GAWD what's wrong with me? And I didn't get my exercise in either.

Summer is coming up (in Australia anyway), and well... I want to look hot. I also want to be fit and toned and be able to run 5km without stopping!

grrrr... I am still practically the same weight! So annoying. That was on the 30 October 2007. It's now over a month and I have lost 0.7kg... qoooo

I was naughty and I had a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, meh, not too bad, I was under for the day anyway. I really felt like a choccie!

Velvet Revolver's Tour got cancelled today, my boyfriend was going. He had to travel interstate to see him so he'll lose his airfares and won't get any money back.
That will probably mean we'll have to cancel our trip to Queensland, cause the concert will be rescheduled in February probably, and cause he organised that first that gets priority.

Which sucks. Cause I really wanted to go to Queensland...

Hmmmmmmmmm..

God its AGES until I finish work.

*18 Months!*

Last night was so nice. We went out for dinner, I had a plain caesar salad with no chicken, and a diet coke. I also had a few bites of garlic bread. Although I wish I had asked for dressing on the side cause there was a lot there. Then we came home and watched 'Alpha Dogs' and I had a few lollies and 2 bits of chocolate. I'm not going to stress over it.

TODAY!
Breakfast:
1/3 Cup Light Milk, 1/3 Cup Water, 30g Oatmeal, 1tsp Honey
1 Coffee (sweetner, dash of milk)

Lunch:
TBA

Dinner:
TBA

I have my work Christmas Party tonight!

My Goal?
At this point.. I don't want to lose any more weight.
My body fat goal is 18%, currently I am 21%.
I chose 54kg as a goal because that is the lowest weight I can get to without losing any muscle.
But I am very happy at this weight.
I would love defined ab muscles
Defined biceps and triceps
Stronger calf muscles
Smaller ankles (which is probably impossible)
Improved fitness (run 5km comfortably)
Improved upper body strength
Be able to do 10 weighted dips and chin ups
Get rid of my love handles!
Clothes wise? Wear a size 8 Jeans (US4) comfortably
Look good in my new bikinis!
Improved Body Image

The last one I think I have just about completed. I feel so good about myself, a lot of that is due to me and positive thinking, but my boyfriend helped a lot. He has never said anything bad about my looks at all, and he has supported me the whole way. When we first started going out I weighed about 65kg, although not heavy it was for me. At school I averaged about 50kg.

I KNOW i am not overweight, and I know I have never been. I am a perfectionist, if I have the chance to perfect myself then why wouldn't I? It makes me feel better about myself, and I am a lot healthier. I have taken a lot of criticism on why I want to lose weight, but I am doing this for me and me only, so why should it matter?
 
Last night was OK on the eating front.

So today was a bit random. Im just doing a little bit of everything until my personal training sessions start.
 
Nice to see some goals that dont involve weight loss. Your next step in your goal process should be setting a set time/date for achieving them. Hold yourself accountable and write them out. Read them everyday and you will succeed.

You're very pretty by the way. :)

I did have a goal - Christmas
It was very reasonable when I set it
But my weight just wont shift!
So im going to have a intro session with my PT and we'll talk goals then, im thinking of having a body fat percentage goal instead of a weight goal. Cause i know once i start building muscle, my weight might go up.

Short Term Goal: 56kg by 25 December 2007
That is 1kg in 2 Weeks! I can do that :sifone:

Last night I had 1 serving of beef ravioli with bolognese sauce, the sauce was really low cal, was basically just tomato juice, so i was happy with that.

Weights Routine

My bike was STUFFED this morning so I couldn't ride to work. The back brake was too tight, so the wheel hardly moved at all. And I didn't want to be peddling 3 times as hard, so I got a lift. I'll go to the gym on the way home though.

OFF TOPIC:
I get paid on Friday wooo! I only get paid once a month so its a big deal.
I have to buy 2 Xmas presents, one for mum and dad and one for my little brother.
And I have to get my work suit off laybuy...
And I have to get my personal training sessions!
5 x 30 Minute sessions for $145
Thats OK.

5 30 minute sessions should be good for you, hopefully you're getting a good trainer. Make sure he/she doesnt have you on the cardio equipment, because you can do that yourself.
