LOL, had a great time cycling though it was only for over an hour...
Weighing in today.. am back to 123.6, up from last week's 122.8. Really disappointed. Thought joining a challenge would help motivate me not to slack off, but looks like it hasn't really worked for me. I wonder what would. Calculations show that to reach my goal of 114.5 by the end of october, i would have to lose 4.55 lbs each week for the next two weeks. That's near impossible... I feel so sorry I've let down my teammates too..sigh.. really must work harder next week!!
