Yea... let's make it to goal! i'm in the challenge too!
 
Breakfast: packet of cocoa (200 cals) and leftover cookies (200 cals)
Lunch: Noodles (400 cals) and a chocolate wafer (80 cals)
Snack: kaya toast (500 cals) and iced milk tea (280 cals)

Total: 1660 calories
 
I thought i'd backslid because yesterday i weighed in at 123.6, but this morning was back to 122.8. No weight loss so far this week! I'm aiming for 120 by next Sunday. Will be going cycling today. Finally, some workout!

LOL, had a great time cycling though it was only for over an hour...

Weighing in today.. am back to 123.6, up from last week's 122.8. Really disappointed. Thought joining a challenge would help motivate me not to slack off, but looks like it hasn't really worked for me. I wonder what would. Calculations show that to reach my goal of 114.5 by the end of october, i would have to lose 4.55 lbs each week for the next two weeks. That's near impossible... I feel so sorry I've let down my teammates too..sigh.. really must work harder next week!!
 
Oh well I'm not going to reach the goals I've set for myself!!! This has been a really bad week, backsliding to almost my start weight. I've really not been making any progress. I need some concrete plans!! So I've decided on a Christmas challenge!

Halloween Goal (31 October): 118.8

Newbies Challenge Goal (13 November): 114.8

November Goal (30 November): 110

Christmas Goal (25 December): 105

yo gals yr ticker number for starting weight looks weird.... i see a mash of numbers together. or is there something wrong with my screen?

hey i reply u the pm later. gotta work now! hv a great week ahead....dun freak out at the numbers yet. it'll come down as long as u put in extra effort. and stop eating kaya toast!
 
LOL..it looks mashed together because my current and starting weight are too far together :eek: urgh, means i hafta work extra hard to get my current weight to the middle!
 
I am aiming for 122 by the end of this week. That means 1.6lbs loss this week. Should be reasonable since i am having a party on friday and will be eating more than usual too :S
 
Breakfast: 4 mini swiss rolls (320 calories)
Lunch: can of cocoa (180 cal) and a slice of papaya (60 cal)
Fruits are a great way to fill you up! I am going to snack on fruits instead of anything unhealthy from now on :D Except maybe on weekends when i'm out :)
Waffle (350 cal) and iced milk tea (260 cal)
Cocoa (150 cal) and packet of biscuits (250 cal)
noodles (400 cal)

Total: 1970 calories

Feeling very hungry but no more late night snacks for me :) went overboard on the calories today, will watch them tomorrow.

Actually, yes 1200 calories is quite alot to play around with. I just have to watch my portions and what i eat. A sample plan:

Breakfast: mini swiss roll (80 cals), two pieces of papaya (120 cals)
Lunch: Dumpling soup (300 cals)
Snack: Piece of melon (60 cals), one can of cocoa (180 cals)
Dinner: Economical rice (500 cals)

Total: 1240 calories

See, pretty easy! Eat more fruits, less milk tea!!

Lunch: Noodles (500 calories) and iced milk tea (200 calories)

Lemonade (130 calories)

Dinner: Economical rice of egg, rice, beancurd and fish (400 calories)

I've done a pretty good job today in terms of calories, don't want to go anymore, so please don't let me get cravings at this time!! Party tomorrow, hope I control myself ! :p

LOL! Yea..we need some plan to follow..that's us singaporeans lah ;) i've reached my first step goal! :) went to 122.3 past the goal of 122.8. now for the next goal - 120 by this sunday! :)
 
Yesterday was a real fat day - my friend's birthday and we went crazy with the ice cream, cake and food. Hmm. Well this morning had a piece of apple strudel and cocoa. Lunch was noodles and iced milk tea, snack of small cheese crackers and 3 oreos. Dinner a 6 inch sub. I even gave up my favourite cookie. Will just have lunch, a small snack during lecture and a light dinner. Really hope to reach 120 this sunday! :)
