audrey's weightloss diary!

Change of plans.. had two servings of potato crisps, then avocado milk. Dinner was a Japanese prawn rice burger, chips and an iced milk tea. Must have been at least 1000 calories.

C'mon audrey! You can do it! Tomorrow will be a better day!

Yes! Smart girl ;) Anyway, you and the rest have really inspired me, what with 3-4lbs of weight loss each. I really must do better this next week! Not having breakfast this morning; I know it's bad, but I usually have an early lunch on mondays anyway. So just some water for now and I'm good :)

I still have 1200 calories to work on for today ;)
 
1200 calories left......hillbilly's right---that's a lot of calories to play with!

my calorie count for today:
Lunch - four meatballs (100 cal) and papaya juice (160 cal)
Snack - small piece of sandwich (120 cal) and chocolate chip cookie (180 cal), a little soda (120 cal)
Dinner - four pieces of toast and kaya (400 cal), iced milk tea (250 cal)

Total: 1330

Still exceeded my goal of 1200 calories, but not bad considering i always nearly reach 2000. A good start to the week :) Yay! More of eating less tomorrow :D
 
Pinkydolly, you mean they don't sell them at haagen daz or gelare anymore? I really don't know where, because I don't buy usually buy them. Wait till next year! Stave off the cravings!!

By the way, I want to get my top from Topshop! Will reward myself with it when i reach 117 :D

Free mooncakes and ice cream tonight :D so will try to eat less throughout today. I know what they say about eating something before going to a party so that you won't binge, but it doesn't work that way for me. I go crazy over good food, so whether i eat or not beforehand doesn't matter :p

I am hoping to reach 119.8 by the end of this week! That's a loss of 3lbs. I'm not sure if it'll be possible but there's definitely hope!! Then if i aim for another 2.8lbs the following week, I can buy my Topshop top by the end of october :D
 
LOL..i don't think there's ice cream ones.. aww :p We're poor students, so should be the cheapo kinda mooncakes :p But anyway, there's ice cream and there's mooncake, so ice cream mooncake is the result :D

enjoy the party tonite.... if i get desparate, i'll get a peach sorbet and stuff it along with a mini mooncake into my mouth .kekeke....

Today's food intake:

Had a waffle (250 cal) and iced milk tea (250 cal) for brunch
Bowl of 8 beef balls with soup (yummy) as an afternoon snack (240 cal)
Mini packet of chocolate biscuits as a snack (170 cal)
Indian food (420 cal) and iced milk tea (250 cal) for dinner

Total: 1580 calories

Oh no! Still having mooncakes and ice cream later :eek: oh well, shall compensate for today by just having two meals tomorrow.
 
Had two scoops of ice cream and some snacks last night, must have been 500calories. So total calories for yesterday: 2080

My plan today is to have brunch at 1130, light snack at 2, small dinner at 6.30, then a beverage or something late at night because I will be out for supper with my friends, but I don't intend to eat anything!!
 
Today will be a better day. But dun starve yrself.

Heheh...watch that supper tho. Sometimes i go saying I wont get anything but when it comes, i end up havng wanton soup or prata!:p
 
Couldn't stand my hunger, so just before brunch had a chocolate waffle thingie (about 80 cals) and a small roll of biscuits (about 120 cals). Lunch was a hardboiled egg (about 80 cals), sausage with pineapple (about 120 cals) and some fish (about 200 cals). Then just shared a can of root beer with my friend (about 150 cals) and finished a pack of chocolate biscuits (about 300 cals).

Total so far today: 1050 cals

Dangerous! Will have dinner at 6 and just a beverage at supper!! n_n

By the way, pinkydolly, wanton soup is alright! Relatively low in calories i believe :D
 
I had dinner of economical rice, then a waffle and at supper an iced milk tea (shared with friend). Glad I didn't eat anything at supper because dinner was more than enough :eek: I don't even dare to count the calories for yesterday!!

Just had some cocoa for breakfast, but that is all :p Will wait till at least 1 for a light lunch and a dinner out with friends after that! :) Just joined the oldies vs newbies challenge, which will start this friday (13th October). If so my goal is to be 108 by the 13th of november!
