Hello. Just wandering around to see how everyone's doing.
And yeah, I tend to wake up too late for breakfast most of the time. Can't seem to break the habit. :p
 
hi pequin, saw your before and after pics and they're so fine! :D you're really doing great! went a little off today for my meals..

breakfast: cup noodles and two chocolates
lunch: subway 6 inch, half a cup of cola (not even diet!), half a cheesecake and a double chocolate chip cookie
snack: soya milk

i need some motivation to eat less :(

LOL..when you stay in hall and there's nothing to eat at 8.30 am except cup noodles, and you have classes in an hour.. it's just an excuse for me though! Got it pinkydolly, i'll try to bring bread in next week. the wholemeal kind :D
 
U might want to know the sodium is a killer in those cup noodles. Plus u drop hair if u eat too much of that:eek:

What faculty u in? Study hard yah!:D
 
had fried chicken wings with rice for dinner. and a can of cocoa after that. and a small piece of mooncake courtesy of my roomie :eek:

I'd better start eating less tomorrow. Sunday's weigh-in day!

Bad day today..all junk food :( i need to set a concrete plan.

I think I will try counting calories..it's the only way i can keep track of my eating and ensure i don't go overboard, even with treats.
 
tell me abt it. i had half a mooncake just now:eek: . Bad time to go pantry at 3pm.

Tmr will be better gal. I might squeeze in a taebo session later.

Carried any lanterns yet?

LOL..as i said it's a good thing i'm not a big fan of mooncakes :D

Going back to my JC tomorrow for our annual mid-autumn festival celebrations. it's a big thing there and it'll be great to see all my friends again :) Just hope it doesn't end in a huge supper feast! :eek:

Hi pequin! Thanks for dropping in :) I forgot to mention how many calories i am aiming for.

1200 on weekdays
1500 on weekends

For breakfast today i had two chocolate chip digestive biscuits (about 350 cals)

Though today's a weekend but i've not been losing weight this month. So i'm aiming 400 for lunch and 450 for dinner. No snacks in between :D
 
I think counting calories is a good plan though it will drive you crazy at times. There is always that one food you decide to eat then you cant find the calories anywhere lol......
 
LOL yes..i remember now why i always decide counting calories is a great way to keep me on track, then always fall of the wagon two days after :D

anyway, i'm trying!

breakfast: 2 chocolate chip digestives (about 350 cal).
snack: chocolate (about 240 cal)
lunch: beef and rice (about 280 cal), iced milk tea (250 cal)
dinner: half portion of cheese fries (about 300 cal), a hardboiled egg (about 70 cal) and strawberry & banana milk (about 200 cal)

total: 1690 calories
 
weighed in at 122.8 this morning :) loss: 1.7lbs. okay i guess, considering i didn't really watch my diet this week.

Had two chocolate chip digestive biscuits for breakfast. Was about to take a third one (already had it in my plate!!) but decided not to because i wasn't really hungry. That's something to be proud of :D

For lunch, a small scoop of ice cream, half a cup of iced milk tea and kaya toast (kaya is egg and coconut jam). Not exactly healthy, but decided to give into my cravings and eat nothing else, rather than eating something super healthy then deciding i'd give in to my cravings anyway :p

Will be aiming for a salad and avocado juice for dinner at about 7. Think will be able to endure till then because lunch was quite filling :eek:
