Hello. Just wandering around to see how everyone's doing.
And yeah, I tend to wake up too late for breakfast most of the time. Can't seem to break the habit.
hi pequin, saw your before and after pics and they're so fine! you're really doing great! went a little off today for my meals..
breakfast: cup noodles and two chocolates
lunch: subway 6 inch, half a cup of cola (not even diet!), half a cheesecake and a double chocolate chip cookie
snack: soya milk
LOL..when you stay in hall and there's nothing to eat at 8.30 am except cup noodles, and you have classes in an hour.. it's just an excuse for me though! Got it pinkydolly, i'll try to bring bread in next week. the wholemeal kind

Going back to my JC tomorrow for our annual mid-autumn festival celebrations. it's a big thing there and it'll be great to see all my friends again Just hope it doesn't end in a huge supper feast!
I think counting calories is a good plan though it will drive you crazy at times. There is always that one food you decide to eat then you cant find the calories anywhere lol......
weighed in at 122.8 this morning loss: 1.7lbs. okay i guess, considering i didn't really watch my diet this week.
Had two chocolate chip digestive biscuits for breakfast. Was about to take a third one (already had it in my plate!!) but decided not to because i wasn't really hungry. That's something to be proud of
For lunch, a small scoop of ice cream, half a cup of iced milk tea and kaya toast (kaya is egg and coconut jam). Not exactly healthy, but decided to give into my cravings and eat nothing else, rather than eating something super healthy then deciding i'd give in to my cravings anyway
Will be aiming for a salad and avocado juice for dinner at about 7. Think will be able to endure till then because lunch was quite filling
