Didn't get much rain at all...which was nice :) BUT I am sad that there is no thunderstorm, lol.

No sugar added pudding snack sounds interesting, what is the brand name? I might check that out, I do enjoy pudding :)

Hey!! It looks like you're doing great so far! I'm really glad to see that. No sugar pudding huh? I've had it before I thought it tasted nasty but then again I'm not a pudding person so that makes sense. lol The boys (my brother and my boyfriend) love pudding we have to buy the big box at wal-mart. haha Thought I'd stop by and spread some good luck charm! :D
 
Day 13

Well, still trucking along. Haven't lost any more weight really. I'm sure my body is just making its adjustments.
Gonna focus forward and keep rolling with it.
My old scale ( the one that never seems accurate) says I weigh 177. God I'd love to believe that. :eek: Gotta stick to the same scale that I started with though and just keep on doing what I am doing.

*runs to fridge to see what the name of that pudding is called*

Just because you haven't lost any more weight doesn't mean anything really, you're still forming those healthy habits. Thats whats important. :D making that change making that change!:D Plus when you get down it gets harder and harder to lose weight or thats what it looks like.. it starts off fast but gradually s-l-o-w-s down... Keep it up though you'll get through it!
 
Jello brand makes some good sugar free one's too - they have a dulce du leche sugar free, and a double chocolate sugar free (that's outstanding as a dip for strawberries or banana chunks as a little fondue :)

60 calories of pure goodness...
 
Wow, all of this pudding talk makes me want to head back out to the grocery shop! BUT I will resist as I have a ton of fruits and veggies to mow down...and I will eat them all!

I used to get sooo frustrated at stand stills (well, I'm actually frustrated now) haha, BUT it's good because it means your body is adjusting to your new habits...I find it's easier to be healthy after a stand still...I dont have as many random cravings...

I am making home made orange beef on rice noodles for dinner. Dunno how many calories that will be.. Will try to figure that out.
I juiced 2 oranges and sliced up 1 over -very- thin slices of round eye beef. (190 calories per x oz of meat, and i just cant remember the x!!!)
Will come back when I have an answer. :rolleyes:

And thats right sunshine you mow those veggies down till they are all gone!
 
Ok so my dinner will be: 482 for the orange beef/noodles and then an added salad will make it: (582)
Totaling for the day: 1042, leaving room for a snack or to, or more noodles.
 
Oh, and thanks everyone for reminding me not to focus necessarily on my non-budging scales. :) They will move eventually.. Even if I have to take a screwdriver and a hammer to it. THEY WILL MOVE!!!.
 
well today, I might fall under my 1200 calorie goal because I didn't like the rice noodles. they were very rubbery in texture... so that puts me at about 900ish calories for this evening. I will eat more if I can find something around here before bed. Might have a popcorn snack or something.
im sure it doesn't really matter because I have been going over my calories a little bit each day so it might actually balance out.

/blush well, thanks! I almost inserted a somewhat negative comment about myself, but decided that wouldn't be very postitive of me......Does that even make sense? lol. Must learn to take compliments.
But to answer your question I'm 5'3. Very short! My husband is 6'2. Sometimes my neck hurts when I try to look at him. haha.
Yeah, I spend a lot of time at the computer, and I really think that being as active as I am on here does me a lot of good. Keeps me focused, and in touch with my goals.

No, the noodles sucked arse. I shall stick to my pasta or just regular rice. Rice noodles are a no no. :)
OMG. Last night I started to have weird cravings.... Like coconut... I was like mmmm thai food with coconut milk.... YUM! Then I was like... oooo I'd like a powdered donut. I think the reason I was thinking about these things is that (number 1) I didn't meet the needed calories for that day at that point so I was hungry and (number 2) before my lifestyle change I would turn to empty calories to get a quick and easy full feeling.

I didn' think about that until just now, but it makes sense. I know you're asking yourself, "Did you give in?" And I did not! I had a bowl of cereal that was within my calorie limits and more healthy than lets say, a donut!

1 bag of welchs fruit snacks (195) - not very happy about the amt of calories in this but I was getting hungry, and I figured the nutritional value in this was better than the baked lays of (120) so... maybe I need to carry an apple around with me.

Ok, now I have had a great day, but I have hit my plateau and now starting to sink again. I did not get enough sleep last night. Woweeee. I am getting soooo tired. I am nodding off in class. Not good! I'll definitely get some rest tonight.

I hate sleepy days...but I do love those welchs grape snacks!! lol, YUM!

I usually try to bring something to snack on as I often misjudge my ability to not be hungry. lol. (in a 3 hour time period it is most likely that I will be starving) and that's when I tend to cave.

You'll get through the plateau...think of it as a good thing, body adjusting time :)

A little higher than I wanted, but I didn't eat a whole lot yesterday. So maybe it'll balance out. I was STARVING. Next time at blimpies I'll probably just order a vegetable sub.
 
We don't even have a blimpies in canada, but it sounds like a sketchy place to eat...(sorry) lol...I don't judge though we have a restaurant called Philthy McNasties...lol

No worries about the extra cals today...:) It will even out from yesterday! And we can't be perfect every day :D
I am drinking vodka in flavoured water (an excellent low cal alc beverage ;))

I gave away my party mix so I can't eat it, lol
